| Storyline:
With the Los Illuminados disbanded, and the Las Plagas destroyed in Spain, Leon S. Kennedy has returned to the United States with Ashley, the President's daughter. However, what Leon does not know is what Ada Wong has done. During his escapades, Ada has stolen 5 Las Plagas samples for Umbrella Corp. Returning to the United States, her aimis to bring about the revitalization of Umbrella, and bring the world to its knees again. What you gotta know: S.T.A.R.S - The main police force in Raccoon City during the T Virus Outbreak. While Leon was in Spain, The President ordered that S.T.A.R.S is to become a National Task Force for Defense against Biological hazards. Your character will be a member of S.T.A.R.S. Las Plagas - Spanish for "The Plague". It is a parasite that takes over your body, and warps your physcal being into a horrific, twisted mutation. Enhanced skills and resistance to physical attacks are benefits, but once the human host has been used to its full potential, the Plagas will burst form the main Nervous System of the host and become exposed. Other life-forms may have other exit points on their body. The Plagas are photosensitive, and can be killed by bright light. They act as a hive unit, normally controlled by a central intelligence. Wesker - The head of Umbrella Corp., and the man that Ada Wong is working for. He hopes to bring about the return of Umbrella and the start of a new Biological War on America once More. Other Info: The Setting is in New York City, in the Year 2007. Starting weapons include the following: Handgun (1.0 Firepower, 1.47 Reload Speed, 10 Capacity, 0.47 Firing Speed) Combat Knife (0.7 Firepower) 30 9mm Bullets 1 Hand Grenade 1 First Aid Spray (Complete Restoration) $100 You can find other weapons as you go, or you can buy weapons from various Weapon Dealers in the streets. They'll also sell ammo. I'll be playing them, so I'll tell you how much shit costs when the time comes. Weapons currently available to buy (upon first dealer meeting): Handgun: $500 Shotgun: $2000 TMP: $1200 First Aid Spray: $1000 (25 left) Common Enemies: You can get Ammo, First Aid, like herbs, and money from all enemies. Civilians - Normally weak, they carry weapons like 2x4s, shovels, sometimes guns. They souldn't be of much threat. They are quite common, and later on, the Parasite will be exposed after the head is shot off. Dogs - Dobermans, many with parasites on their back. Though fast attackers, they have poor HP. Novistadors - Giant insects. Normally, they are invisible except for their breath. Able to climb on ceilings, they will spew acid on their prey. Occasionally drop Red, Green, Blue eyes. Garrador - A creature that attacks based n sound. He won't attack if he can't hear you. The parasite is on it's back, so shoot it when it's exposed. Wields large, metal claws that can easily decapitate the careless. JJ - A Civilian with a minigun. Has a lot of defense, so good luck destroying him easily. That's just a handful of them. Regenerators - A grey zombie that can regenerate lost limbs. It has 5 plagas in its body. To kill it for good, you must destroy all five. Herbs: Green - Restores a little HP. Green x2 - Restores a lot of HP. Green x3 - Restores all HP. Red + Greed - Restores all HP. Red + Yellow - Restores HP, increases health capacity. Red + Greed + Yellow - Restores all HP, increases health capacity. Data is like this: Name Gender Age Affiliation Infected? Background I'll start my Character as Leon Kennedy. Leon needs no background. He's Leon. He's awesome. IC: Sitting the STARS office in Washington, Leon listens intently, as the President was addressing the rest of the STARS members on the current situation in New York. "The City of New York is under seige by some unknown group. SInce we don't have the men to spare for this mission, we'll have to use you, the STARS team. All entry into the city is blocked, so the Helicopter will airdrop you all in. Are there any questions?" Leon stood up. "Sir, no sir. We understand the situation." ---------------------------- Ada looked nervously at Wesker, as she assessed the situation. "Sir, are you sure this was a good idea? I dond't think that you'd be willing to set the Plagas loose in New York. I thought you'd be more... covert. Especailly after the last incident." she radioed. The view of New York from the helicopter was fantastic. Fires raged in the streets; Smoke billowed over the city, and the crackling of flames resounded even in the helicopter. OOC: (Pssst! Picking it up and looking into it, he could see the pretty Ingrid Hunnigan staring back at him. "Hunnigan. Been a while. What's going on?" She smiled a bit. "The helicopter's on the roof waiting for you guys, Leon. Better lock and load." Leon smiled back, and answered her, "Right." He turned the com-link off and began to rally his comrades. "Hey! The chopper's here! Let's move, everyone!"
