| Moments later, Kevin emerged from his room and showed up in the armory with everyone else. He was an awesome sight; the emodiment of a true American hero. His face was completely masked with olive drab, brown and black camoflauge paint, and he had a bandana around his head, with loose ties at the end. He was donned in full covert-ops light armor, camoflauged, as he held his M1AB-04 Assault Gauss Rifle his hands. The silencer on it made this a fine piece of covert ops equipment.
"Hey. Did I miss anything?" Soon after, Francine also emerged, with her hair tied in a ponytail, and some light armor to protect her. She also seemed to smell different. It was a protective scent barrier which masked her wolf scent and replaced it with the scent of some forest animal. The 369 developed this long ago for their werewolf troops, so Francine figred that this was as good a time as any to use it. "How we doin'? Everyone ready yet?" Name: Kiler Dutch (but everyone who knows him calles him "Dutch")

Gender: Male Age: 24 Affiliation: Unaffiliated Pokemon: Gardevoir (F), Skarmory (M) Description: Dutch is about 6 feet tall even, with long black hair that reaches his back. He's quite muscular, and always wears a black tank top and cargo pants, with boots on underneath. He wears black fingerless gloves, and smokes constantly. He also has tribal tatoos along his right arm. History: Orphaned at the age of 14, Dutch drifted through life aimlessly for several months, until he discovered something. It was the APL attacking a defenseless Gardevoir. Dutch wasted no time, and came at them, his fists swinging. Although he didn't make much of an impact, the APL admired his conviction, and just left their prey alone. Dutch helped the battered Gardevoir out, and got her to a Pokemon center. The Gardevoir explained to him via psychokinetic telepethy that she was abandoned, just like him. The two instantly became friends, and have been together ever since. However, as the years past, Dutch became more and more corrupted by his reckless way of life, and became a petty thief. His actions unconsciously altered his Gardevoir's mind and thinking, and she started becoming like him, as well. Whenever she's around now, he's usually donned in black robes, rather than white, and a purple streak through her green hair, as well as a cocky and arrogant nature to boot. Dutch met his other friend, the Skarmory, when he was 20. He discovered an egg in a nest of brambles, and raised it to adulthood. His kind attitude there shows that there is still some semblence of the old Dutch that everyone knew. But until he understands what the world is all about, he will remain a drifter, stealing and selling, just for a little cash. Another day. He was getting tired of trudging through another shitty town. At least he kinda knew some of the people there. As he strode down the suburban road with his gothic looking Gardevoir beside him, he felt out of place. It wouldn't be wise to try and gank anything from this town. Maybe further away, he'd find some slums where he'd be more at home. "Shit. If only our fucking car didn't break down once we came here, we wouldn't be in this situation!" he fumed at no one in particular. The Gardevoir turned her head to face him. "Just steal another car once we get out of this place. Too white collar for my tastes, anyway." Her telepathic speech was her token trademark, and she spoke as fluently as any human, but only those she intended to speak to will actually hear her. At that moment, as he passed by a larger house, a frisbee flew over the home's fence, and whacked Dutch right in the head. "OW! Son of a BITCH! Fucking... This is the shit that pisses me off in these suburban hell holes! Christ!" (OOC: Ryan, that's all you, man...) "Well, just steal
