Has the HDD issue been resolved yet? I hope so. Lots of people chainsmoke out of stress, and if I wasn't too cheap of a bastard to start smoking at all, I'd probably be one of those people.  But I'm glad they've kept you talking. Even if it was through a chat program, I'm a firm believer in typing being somethng VERY theraputic, and it was something to keep your hands busy to keep you from punching the computer, no? 
Besides, if it's a faulty HDD, then could it possibly even BE your fault? |

What do I do when I get this stressed? I start chain smoking. Everyone notices.
Lately we have been having issues with one of the hard drives to the audiovault. This is the third time I'm trying to reformat. Anyway the computer is XP SP2. So I'm sitting here with ghosting software. When I tried the ghosting software the computer showed a negative amount of megabites in it. This leads me to believe that the hdd that was being cleared out wasn't cleared out correctly or it's a faulty hdd. Either way I'm sitting here waiting on this. My hard work... is just... well... going down hill. That's how I feel. I worked so hard on this computer and it feels like I'm going to be the idiot here. 
What do I do? Everyone has discovered when something stresses me out this bad I can't even talk correctly. So every has me talking through typing. That way I can think about it. It sucks having to be quiet and talking on the chat program I have set up. |
