|Thank you, everyone who sent holiday greetings. Getting mail these days is one of the few joys in life.
Thank you, ex-co-worker, Cindy, for sending me Ursula postcards all the time now. It's so nice to be thought of.
|Thank you to my parents for letting us live in the back house for over a year and a half rent free. It helped us find our footing and save up enough so we could get a place of our own.
Thank you to them, my brother, and our friend, Ben, for helping us move. We got everything done in record time and we couldn't have done it without you. Extra thanks to Ben for helping us unpack.
Fuck, I am so tired.
|Saw your status on that, glad you got all your stuff back Rogue! Sheesh...
|Thank you, SFPD and the quick-thinking witness who called them for us. Our rental car got broken into in San Francisco while we were getting late lunch before heading out of town. Our suitcase, camera, and a tote bag were stolen and most of our stuff was recovered almost immediately. AMAZING WORK.
|Thank you to Kaleb for helping me sort out my computer speaker issues and helping me get this beast set up in general.
|Thank you, Matthew (my favorite trainer who's now leaving ), for taking the special time to show me how to do my job better. I'm sorry you're leaving, but happy that it's going on to working for your dad for more money and eventually taking over the family business. I'm happy my little goodbye gift (Krispy Kreme giftcard) made your face light up so.

We may not be a very active board anymore, but I am glad for the company we keep. I pop over to Vizzed now and then and just look at that jumbled mess and am thankful that we are not like that.
|I had hoped the recent spook with the board getting fixed would have gotten some veterans to pop back in again, but it doesn't seem like that's the case. But for those still around or even just lurking, thank you!
|Thank you, co-worker Erica, for walking me through the process of getting my second job. Now we're co-co-workers, but in different departments in the other place.
|Thank you, shitty Oregon drivers. I always get a laugh at how everybodys' brains collectively shut off when a single snowflake lands on the road. Every single chevron on our offramp was knocked down, and the stop sign preceding them was completely demolished.
Always worth a chuckle!
|Thank you coffee, for keeping me sane on my early Saturday shifts. And Dunkin Donuts.
|Thank you, Rachel, for interviewing me and offering me a new job.
|Thankful for hitting Tech III within ~3 years at my job. Got some nice raises with the promotions and after another annual raise next year, I should be making the most money I've had a job again. The last high paying job I had was horrendous and I only lasted 6 months, but I'm glad to be with a good company doing easy work. Really lucked out.
|It's really sad that the last time I posted in this thread was two years ago.
My biggest thank you is to everyone who helped make Brandon's and my wedding such a success. The village really came together on this one.
|Thank you, random member, for telling me about the wallet that a teenager forgot in a cart after failing to find her yourself. You are a good person. A few minutes later she came back, looking worried, and she was so happy that we had found it.
|Thank you, Wes, for taking one of my shifts so I can go to a family party. Thank you, Nate, for grabbing me a water when I couldn't walk away from the kiosk to get it myself. Thank you, again, Kaleb, for the lifegiving caffeine. And thank you Coach JJ for knowing that members are full of shit when they say we are yelling at them just because they didn't get their way (see the Fuck You thread).

Her last day with us was Tuesday. I'm REALLY going to miss her.
Thanks, Kat, for being such a great boss. You were the first one to take a chance on me, ending my long bout of unemployment following taking care of my grandmother after and during college. You've been a mentor and practically a surrogate mother.
(These are all things that I've said to her in the final days, and in the goodbye video we each recorded. Well, I left out the surrogate thing. Didn't want her to feel too old.)
Thank you, Katie, for letting us crash at your place while we were in the Bay Area for Patrick's wedding. Thanks for also spending a day with us, visiting San Francisco.
|Thank you to Margaret and James for being so patient over the last three days as we fought to port your numbers from Tracfone to AT&T. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare, and your calmness and understanding have made the whole thing bearable.
Thank you to Alissa and Ann for working wireless shifts even though it has been a long time since either of you have been over there and you had no refresher training.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to Kaleb for bringing me coffee almost every day this week when I wasn't able to stop on the way to work and for keeping me sane. There are no words to describe how lucky I feel to have you in my life.
Thank you Tabby and Ann for echoing my frustrations in dealing with the idiot at work.
|Thank you Eidos Montreal for a new Deus Ex.
|Rogue all I can say is ()
Anyway thank you family for this day to Deal. Hope you understand I enjoyed it a lot and especially on the beach too.
