| So I got an offer for when I get back from my video and audio technician school. I will spend a year in that position and then I will go on to become a 46R which so happens to be a broadcast journalist. The group had me read off the weather when I was on the radio and noticed I did a wonderful job at it. They told me to go to the school and check it out. Very few people are 25R and 46R qualified. So I guess I'll be of use =P | |||

| Sounds like a great opportunity, and you should definitely consider it.
From what I've heard from a friend who's a journalist in the Army, they want you to be able to write, shoot photos and video, and do on camera (which I assume would work just as well for radio). Journalism opens a lot of doors and we can always use more voices coming in from Iraq. |
