| Lets talk emoish shall we?
Thursday I decided to go over to my mothers house and spend time with her, my schedule working the past couple of weeks has kept me away from my mom so I decded to take my thursday and spend time with her... Well, my sister went ahead and rented this movie called "The Devil's rejects" and asked me if I wanted to watch it. Normally I would say yes, but I wanted to spend time with my mother rather than watch a retarded movie (In my oponion). She got an attitude all because I wouldent watch the movie with her. Well, I sat down at my moms computer desk (When I got there she was asleep) and started playing Diablo2. While I was playing I had food on my plate, her Dog decided to come up and tried to eat off of my plate. So at first I politely asked the damn dog to go away, then I kinda roared at it telling her to "Go on!". Well, my sister got pissed off because of the way I was talking to her dog...wow... Well, she started yelling at me, and during the entire time I was on the phone with one of my friends. My sister then started saying that I was talking on 'Her' phone and that she forced me to get off of it. So I told her "I would like to see you make me"...I just had to ask. Well, she disconnected the phone, I lost it, and threw the phone toword her head, I missed, and broke a window...I laughed. Well, my mom threated me that she was going to call the cops on me...saying that I was threatening to kill my sister...now, hold on a miunite...the last and only thing I told her was..."I would like to see you make me". and my sister had a knife in her hands threatening to stab me...I wasnt the one threatening... well, my mom needs money (She keeps telling me that) and shes sueing me for 400$ for me to fix her window, after I told her I would GIVE her a new one that I had. Not only did it match the measurements, but I built the damn thing myself (Father tought me how to make one)...So, if this persists, im going to counter sue her to stay the hell away from me for the rest of my life...sure it sounds harsh, but I already gave me mom a second chance after previous situations. (Few people know about it...but I dont want to explain that because that was over 3 years ago...) Do you think im doing the right thing? I mean, my mother was really drunk when she told me those things...not only that but I dont want to spend time with her if my sister is there (She dropped out of high school, no job, no money, POS car...). I dunno, i was going to leave her anyway because I was going to college in orlando FL...I just want my mom out of my life.... |

| People sue for the dumbest shit man. My brother was driving his car one night and an old woman hit him. It was completely her fault, but she broke her hip so immediatly it was his fault. His car was totalled, hers was only a little banged up. Now she's suing for 300,000 dollars. Thats almost 100 times the expenses of her car and her hip, combined. She had insurance to pay for most of it. Wanna know the REALLY fucked up thing? This happened about five years ago. Everyone forgot about it, and when this woman just happened to be in dire need of money, she could only turn to one thing; being a greedy bitch. Now I'm not calling you're mom a bitch, cause that'd be a bastardly thing for me to say, but she is acting a little greedy, especially if you have a less chaotic way of dealing with things. I mean, all this legal crap, it drains even more money than whats needed.

| Somewhere down the line you just might regret cutting your mother out of your life, so try not to make such decisions impulsively.
Sure your sister was a bit impatient, but that's siblings for you. My boyfriend's sister lays claim to everything in the house despite the fact that she's never paid for anything herself in her life and is only 12, so I know how it is to have someone insisting that your abusing their resources when such is not the case. Perhaps you should talk to your mom. I also know firsthand what it's like to have a parental figure that's interested in getting to your money; my boyfriend has the same problem sometimes. She doesn't mean to be that way, but when money's tight and you get it in your head that you paid for everything for your kids when they were unable to pay for themselves and you begin to feel that you deserves a little restitution, you do stupid things. No court would take her suit seriously if you already replaced the window. The whole death threat thing does need to be addressed, though. Seriously, talk to your family. | I hate my mother too. Join the club. She says I'm part of a satanist cult (I'm a Wiccan) and that I'm going to put her in the home (which I probably wil if she doesn't shape up). Parents are crazy, man. Sueing is going way to far these days.

Well, after hearing that I just want that to sink into her head for awhile, I want her to realize what she said to her own son who is only a few weeks away from graduating high school and is scheduled to enter UTI in Orlando FL in the fall of next year; opposed to my sister who has no job, no maney, no high school diploma, and a piece of shit car that she was replaced with by wrecking my moms car…now after hearing that, everyone knows damn well I have a right to be upset with her and throwing the phone through the window, I have a right to be pissed off because she claims that everything my mother bought: she somehow ownes… Rogue I know that she is my mother and I will always love her, as well as my sister. Im 18 years old…I know no matter how much I hate anyone in my family, I will always love them, because that’s what they are…family! I also want to thank you Rogue for putting that piece of advice for everyone to see, because there may be people out there who need to understand to always love their parents no matter how extreme they may be… And don’t worry J, I know my mom can be a bitch at times, hell, almost any mother can be, we all just have to learn to live with them until we move away and prove to them that we are all that we can be in this world. | wow Dale I am really sorry that happeed =/ I know this feeling sometimes I want my mother out of my life because it seems like she is the same way, but, my mother is ill, she does not have many years left to live and she has a mental illness, which makes it hard on me to just say forget it all.
right now my mother is living off of welfare, and if I call in and say it is welfare fakeness, she will be un happy no where to go and I will probably be taken somewhere I do not wish to go to, so I decided I had to deal with it because I knew I would regret everything. I hope what you made in your life was really the right choice for you. I always think ahead and wonder, if I want them out ofmy life, what if they died? I would be very sad wishing I gave them another chance because I love them so much. but it all really depends how that person treats you or how long you want to put up with it. some people dont really have there family in there life but they calla nd visit every once in a great while just to see if there ok. |

| Uhm, thanks for that comment Broken...but...this was well over a month ago...
First: Me and my mother settled things, I payed her for the new window and her lawyer said that she cant sue me because I PAYED for it...well after talking for awhile, me and my mother got everything settled Second: My sister is getting kicked out of the house...the whole thing was her fault anyway...so mom is kicking her out... Third: Everything is A.O.K now...so someone can clizose this byatch |
