Rubber Soul
Yellow Submarine
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
Let it Be
Abbey Road

Dude, stock up.

Also, check out some Jimi Hendrix, some Kansas, and some Eric Clapton. Look for collections on them.

I acutally already enjoy listening to Guns n Roses, Aerosmith and the Beach Boys. I just don't have any of their albums. Cinderalla, haven't heard much of their music and same goes for Queen.

To think about it...a couple of my media players might have stuff on the artists and similar artists along with some samplers.

Jeez I wish I was old enough for a jorb, only 11 more days ti'll I'm legal...need to buy music and get the turntable fixed and stuff...

Might I suggest Ac/Dc? They are one of my favorite bands and they have some excellent albums.
You may also enjoy The Clash. London Calling anybody?

Also, if you're into rock/rap, check out Rage Against the Machine.

If you enjoy Iron Maiden, then I'd suggest you check out some of Queensrcyhe. Operation Mindcrime would be a nice album to start with. If you like them, you'd also probably enjoy Dream Theater.

Metallica? Check out Slayer and Megadeth. And for some good classic heavy metal, check out Judas Priest (I just bought Metal Works 73' - 93' and it's incredible).

Gun's n Roses? You should check out Tesla, they're pretty similar.

That's it for now I guess.

And if you liked those Edguy songs I posted in the past, well ... I could give you a few Power Metal suggestions ...

Speaking of Guns N' Roses, if you enjoy them, you might enjoy Velvet Revolver. Velvet Revolver basically consists of three of the GNR veterans, including Slash, along with a new guy for rhythm guitar and Weiland (sp?) for vocals. I cannot honestly say how satisfied I was with their Contraband album. I literally enjoyed every single song in it, which is very rare for me. The song "Slither" is absolutely amazing.

I do not concur, actually.

But, I'm a fan older music, when people liked to scream, and had really long hair.

I'm a GNR fan, hands down, but I really haven't liked anything from what I've heard from Velvet Revolver (my mom has one of their albums).

They're similiar, yeah, but just not really the same ... it's hard to explain.

Isn't it like a year or two old? But yeah, whatever album they have out, is the one my mom has then.

hmm, my favorites should be to your liking, more progressive stuff that everyone is at least impressed by.

Dream Theater
Images And Words
Scenes From A Memory
Six Degrees Of Inner Turbulence(this one's much heavier)

Liquid Tension Experiment
"
"2

Spock's Beard
The Light(has a later Beatles feel at some moments)

Michael Angelo Batio
Speed Kills(best shredding....ever)

Pantera
Vulgar Display of Power
Cowboys From Hell

other stuff you might like would be White Zombie, or Powerman 5000. Slayer is just funny most of the time, but they do have nice metallica covers.

Spy, I don't think I've ever talked about music with you without hearing Metallica brought up. :p

But Hobo, lots of these are kickass suggestions. As for the GNR and Velvet Revolver thing...Velvet Revolver isn't all that bad, but ehh.

And I'm gonna keep bugging you to check out Queen until I hear from you just how kickass you think they are!!!

And I may have missed it, but I don't think anyone has mentioned ELO (Electric Light Orchestra). They rock. Nuff said.

I just found a shopping bag full of cassettes that belong to my dad, now I just need a cable to hook up the stereo and computer so I can convert them all to MP3's.

Stuff like Meatloaf, Eric Clapton, Hendrix, Cream, ZZ Top, The Cars, The Doors, etc. are in there. Just wish the turntable would get fixed already
