For some reason I think this has been posted before ... but oh well.

Dave Mustaine blows away the competition in Jeopardy.

I've heard Dave Mustaine is actually pretty brilliant, just too bad he's a heavy drunkard.
(maybe he's cleaned up over the years?)

Dave Mustaine certainly has cleaned up over the years, and far beyond his drinking. He's still with Megadeth and now a Christian (yes, really), doing a great job of standing for what he believes in. The way things are now, Megadeth > Metallica.

Honestly, I'm starting to think I might like Megadeth-everything more than Metallica. I don't know what it is about Megadeth, but I just really like their stuff and Dave.

Their music just seems to have a harder edge to it, and it seems a little more powerful in the areas of thrash.

I don't know, I mean Metallica is great, and a staple in the development of Metal, but they're not the only great Thrash Metal band out there. (or, guess I should say they weren't ... since the new stuff stinks, honestly I don't even really like The Black Album ).

Immediately after seeing his name it triggered the memory of him in Some Kind of Monster, when he was just crying about how his life is fucked up and all that, and how he sees Metallica as better than him and how he'll never live down the memory of being rejected by them.

I need to make an icon out of that now.
