So far this weekend's been pretty ho-hum. Voidcrush had another gig this last Friday. We had a party last night.

I should be doing my math homework, especially since there's a test on Tuesday and I'm a bit lost on the formulas, but I don't feel like it.

Off to hang out with my friend and her baby.

OMG, he lives. Anyway, I decided it'd be awesome to fly down this weekend and finally take care of that paperweight I call Jack, but alas, my plan fell through as my toilet tank has sprung a leak, and the money I did have has been allocated to bills and car payments. Instead, I'll more than likely spend the weekend at home, Berkeley, work, or San Francisco.

And, no Petaluma kids, I'm not coming up to visit you.

I had a fantastic 3 day weekend. I didn't spend a single day alone. Friday I was with my friends since school got out. Then saturday I went to my friends house and helped him fix his internet. Then Sunday i saw Ghost Rider with my friend. Monday I hung out with some friends and we ordered 3 pizzas and pigged out. A very eventfull weekend.

Over this passed weeked, I did a whole lot of nothing. Spent my usual time with Pockets. We saw VenomousLobster and Elara. After going on the swingset of a local park. We also talked about chocolate penis's with Whiterose. It was a long weekend so it was nice just being able to spend time with Pockets.

Well, now that the 4-day weekend (like it mattered, I don't have school on Fridays or Mondays anyway ) has sputtered out, the only other things I can remark on for the weekend was seeing "Borat" at the cheap theater (you must be joking if that was supposed to the funniest and most offensive movie out there. While it had its moments, it was WAY over-hyped) and finishing a mountain of homework.

Now just trying to get over that test I just took that unfortunately the homework was very ill in preparing me for.

Oh and today, while trying to study in the cafeteria, just before the test, this Dixieland band struck up with New Orleans jazz music in celebration of Mardi Gras. Ran into Oni.

My last weekend was very busy actually. Pretty much all childcare and japanese.
My cousin and my grandfather came over and we went to dinner and the movies.
Boring and busy!

Not really a weekend thing, but I had three days off this week. I have off on Tuesdays anyways, and I spent it with my dad and a lawyer. :p Happy occasion though. This summer I'm getting sibling's rights over my baby sisters so I can see them again. Then I just hung out with my dad after the lawer left...and...**gasps** I actually had fun with him.

Yesterday the school was closed for some kind of school holiday thingie. I saw "Ghost Rider" **looks over at NUCKLEARKNIGHT** Wasn't it jawsome?!! I don't really read comics, so I don't have anything to compare those movies to, which I guess is a blessing, since it's so damned expensive to see movies. Wouldn't wanna waste it on something I didn't like.

As for today, I just randomly took off from school.

And childcare and Japanses...**huggles Kyoku** fun, eh? (Well, actually I like learning Japanese, and I like babysitting, even though I bitch about it occasionally.**

Ya it was Katana. I never read the comic books either. In fact I did'nt know it was a comic book till like 5 hours before I saw it. It was way better than I expected though.

This was a rather tiring weekend. Tiring in a good way.

Was a good end to a tiring week. Tiring in a not-so-good way.

Friday, drove up along the coast with Zoso. Yesterday, went to the Lunar festival and watched the Golden Dragon parade in Chinatown, then went to the LA County art museum to hang out and kill some time before Zoso and I went to see Phil (formerly of Sound & Fury)'s stand-up show.*

*Thank you so much, Rosy, for checking the location. HUGE help.

well, I was supposed to go to my cousin's. I was looking forward to that, since I haven't seen him in at least six months.

Remind me never to look forward to anything again when it requires this goddamn family to cooperate. I really should've learned my lesson by now, this shit always seems to come up.

I'd really like to see this movie. People are all "Jim Carey in a serious role..." but in a way, that's his humor, the kind of psychotic, neurotic kinda disposition, so I don't really think he'll do too bad with the part.

I'm sorry things didn't go as planned, Thex. Do you talk to your cousin a lot? Kinda a shot in the dark, but I hope you two can arrange something sometime soon.

My weekend was bleh. Spent it with my dad's side of the family, and did nothing but fuss over my sister all weekend. It turned out to be okay though, I got to spend time with my pop-pop and we teased my little cousin about me being his "favorite" XD

Eternal Sunshine wasn't exactly a comical role either, but I suppose every comedian/unserious actor has to have a time when they convert to the more dramatic some time before they're just considered a one-note joe.

I mean, look at Robin Williams and Cheech Marin and Jamie Foxx and Will Smith, and now Will Ferrell and Jack Black are emerging into the slightly more serious roles.

Heh, sorry. I just like discussing entertainment anywhere and everywhere.

Last weekend I saw the movie norbit. it was pretty funny actually i thought it would suck but it proved me wrong. its not the greatest movie ever but it was good. I tried to sneak into another movie but my friend got me caught its actually kind of funny. see when we went in to norbit someone from school who works there recognized him. then after norbit we went to the arcade waited about 20 minutes and then walked out looking at are tickets the movie we decided to see was hanabl rising or whatever but when we got to the theater every staff member that worked there was standing outside (they werent checking tickets) and the person that recoginzed him earlyer saw him and said " Hay max you have tickets for that movie." Max replyed "yeah" she said "can I see them" Max said "no" and we ran through the theater and out the exit and to his house. why we chose to enter the theater when every staff member was there was pretty stupid and Max chewed her out im metal shop the next day

Last weekend, I had to play Pokemon Stadium 2 for the N64 with my little sister. I normally want to play alone but she made me play with her.
