| I saw Hot Fuzz Friday and then went to the talent show at my school. It was quite amusing. After that me and some friends went to one of their houses and played twister. Saturday I saw Disturbia with my girlfriend after a track meet at Mendocino High School where I got a P.R. in every event. And today I am staying home and napping. A very good weekend to be sure. | |||

| So I haven't updated for a couple weekends. I say it all the time nowadays, but it's all too true: where does that time go? Time is just flying by like cra-zay.
Last weekend: - Went to the Metal Jam 2007 with Zoso. Lots of positive energy and noise you could head bang to. 
- Renaissance faire with WhiteRose, GuardianOni, and few of their friends from the university Pagan club. We met up with Elara, Venomouslobster, Pockets, Makura, FilteredSight and several other friends. Lots of fun. Some pictures posted in my update thread in Entertainment. Dinner at Famima (thanks, Rosy!!). 
- Voidcrush had another gig at a bar in Bellflower. This weekend: - Hung around the comic book store on Free Comic Book Day. - Played A LOT of Final Fantasy XII. Will have to see what I'll be doing next weekend. (Last edited by Rogue on 05-07-07 03:15 AM) |

This past weekend was absolutely exhausting, but fun. 
Went to Celebration IV with a friend I've known online for years (but we'd never seen each other in person despite going at the same cons and never running into one another) and her 3-year-old son. We did all sorts of things: - Watched a girl dressed as Slave Leia teach belly dancing. - Saw 10 minutes of the upcoming all Star Wars season premiere of Family Guy with Seth McFarlane there commenting on it and answering questions. - Was there for the Slave Leia meet-up in front of the scale model of Jabba the Hutt. - Connor, my friend's 3-year-old, fought Vader: 
- Saw this guy dressed up as Boba Fett with a real jet pack hover down the street. - Competed in the Kessel Run (it's like the Amazing race only with Star Wars trivia, puzzles, and such). There were a ton more things we did like run into Anthony Daniels and later went to his panel, saw some fan films, the Lucas archive of props and costumes, saw the R2 builders and Connor chased some of the R2 units around the convention center, and saw the Vader helmet art. Meh, I'm lame. |

| Last weekend was prom at my school. I didn't go however since my girlfriend could not attend. However me and my friend and our dates went out to a fancy dinner and basically had out own party. It was quite fun actually. Plus I heard that prom was not that exciting. | |||

| This weekend, I was invited to go to Panama CIty on the hugest resort down there. THe family im going with is rich I guess, and invited me and one of his other friends to go.
We are also going to Sea World and Bush Gardens this thursday. Ill be sure to get a tan  |

| Hung out with my girlfriend Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Friday we saw pirates. Saturday we had dinner and since it was our 6 month anniversary I announced that I am going to take her to the Mika concert this Saturday at the Filmore. Needless to say she was very excited since she really likes Mika. And Sunday we went to the sports award dinner for my school where I received the Coaches Award for Track and Field. A good weekend I think. Oh yea I also ran a race in San Francisco on Sunday. I placed sixth overall and second in my age group. | |||

My friend Amanda (DarkBeloved who joined the board not that long ago) will be going with me. I've heard of this event a few years ago and kept meaning to go. It's our friend, Bernard's, birthday this weekend so we are going Saturday with a group, and then Sunday with some other friends and hopefully Makura. Since my mom's been depressed over her condition and going through radiation treatment, we're going to go to the Filipino Independence festival and then the next day going to MOLAA's family festival that's in celebration of the grand opening of their expansion. I'm hoping it'll take her mind off her troubles. Also this weekend, on Saturday, going to one of Brandon's band's shows at some place out in San Bernardino called Screaming Chicken Biker Bar. Next weekend, I'm not quite sure what's going on on Saturday. Originally it was that Voidcrush was going to play the SoCal Rock Revolution show on the Queen Mary (although the guy who runs it keeps changing the headliners and making up all sorts of bullshit about ticket sales), but they're thinking of pulling out for several reasons. Either way, that Sunday I'm volunteering at the Special Olympics. My friend Tom is competing. Me with Tom a couple years ago If the Saturday thing falls through I'll probably go volunteer that day too. |

| So I got skype, a new account, with fresh sounds coming from yours truly.
Today im heading up to Hollywood Connections to play Pump it up, friend is giving me some points so I can play a few songs. And while im up there, im gonna go ahead and fill out an application there. Friday is doomsday for me. I might not go out for the entire weekend, only for the sole purpose that my mom (Whom got laid off) wants me to search with her for a job. So im PRAYING TO GOD HERE that ill somehow work for her. What else is going on Friday and why is it doomsday? Well, as usual, Dad is gonna have one of his fits, im more than likely gonna be stuck here with no company / being company, finals, and more than likely do something constructive like I always do on a boring Friday. But if all else fails, I can always call people. Though Im not exactly sure why I would want to. I guess just to do something. |

| My Saturday went a little like this....
Went with whiterose to the Summer Solstice faire!!! YAY! We got cool henna, I bought a new Tarot Deck (finally) and then...we bought tails, Wee hoo! Now I have a lovely fox tail that matches my hair. Heehehe. But the fun didnt end there. We decided to find a Hookuh Bar, that well...doesnt exist. HAHA. No joke. SO, we call around and finally...we find ourselves at Mirage (an hour later after our intial search for a hookuh place) There, we meet up with a few of her friends and chill!! Damn good weekend. Now tomorrow..I must catch up on the Chem class shit I need to do. *sigh* Oh summer school...what joy. Ok, not really *shakes head* Hope everyone had a good weekend. And thankies Rosie for coming to the LB and hanging out with your only Amanda. ^^ |

| My weekend went like this. I'm starting on Thursday since that was the last day of school. I went to my friend Brendan's house with Naomi and we then went to our friend Sam's house where we swam in his pool. Then we just hung out and played basketball and later went to dinner.
Friday Naomi, Brendan, and I went to the beach where it was really foggy and 50 degreese. We still had fun though. We burried Brendan and then left him. He got out though. Then when we got back we ate a ton of food and later ended up making a fire in a wheelbarrow in Brendans backyard. I was suprised that his dad was totally fine with it. Saturday I rode my bike and then went to the Mika concert at the Filmore which was very fun. And today I went to my friend Mitchell's house where I updated my iPod with some new music he got. All in all a very successfull weekend. |

I've been working a lot. Working all weekend too, 'cept I have off on Saturday, but I dunno if I'm gonna go out and do anything or just relax. Next week though, I'm going down the shore for the day with the boyfriend. <333 Haha. Guess bit of an update. He's so great. Been giddy and girly and shit. XD |

| This past weekend was somewhere between random and tiring.
Starting with Thursday... Thurs: Went and watched the Ask a Ninja ninja do a Q&A show at the Hollywood Improv with Zoso, then hung out with Junkie until some time past 3 a.m. at Denny's and in the parking lot. Fri: It was my grandma's 86th birthday. We all went to dinner at a seafood place and she declared it to be her happiest birthday. Sat: Road the Metro with my mom to the Filipino Independence festival that was more like a "Parade of Products" for Filipinos in the way of items, properties and such that would make them feel more white and such. Skin bleaching station and all. Later drove out to San Bernardino with Voidcrush for a show at the Screaming Chicken Biker Bar. Met the guys from Perpetual Madness. Didn't come home 'til 5:30 in the morning. Sun: Went to MoLAA's big family festival celebrating the opening of their new expansion. Tons of people there. Later went to a freak show at the Institute of Abnormality starring Shelby from Sound & Fury. Watched all sorts of things, like this girl deep-throating a yard long balloon:  |

| So this coming weekend, I'll be at the Labyrinth of Jareth Masquerade with WhiteRose and GuardianOni (and anyone else, Rosy?).
Two nights of fantasy, performances and many other things that can never be expected. Last weekend was a bit ho-hum. Just went to the Shakespeare by the Sea "Taming of the Shrew" performance at Point Ferman. It wasn't the best production, but hey it was free and the cast and crew are all volunteers, so no complaints. The weekend prior was Anime Expo in Long Beach. A lot of people have been going on about it being the worst AX ever, but I had fun nonetheless. Saw the Death Note movies, S.K.I.N. (Gackt's new band), the Romeo and Juliet series premiere stuff, Tekkonkinkreet, and went to a few cosplay meet-ups. |

| This past weekend I saw Weird Al performing at the Orange County Fair. He was AMAZING. Seriously, he's up there in my top concerts of all time.
He brought out Stormtroopers, a Vader, and he and his band dressed as Jedi for "Saga Begins" and "Yoda." Next weekend I'll be out of town, in San Diego, for the ultimate convention--Comic-Con. I'll be down there with Zabuza. Honestly, I have nightmares about missing this convention. It's one of the greatest highlights of my year. You all be good now. |
