I agree, Trigun's dub ain't half bad.

Full Metal Alchemist and Getbackers (Two of my favorite anime) are disgraced with the dub voices.

I don't remember if I liked Samurai Champloo's or not.

But I completely disagree with Kakashi - Spike. Spike's voice is deep and cocky, while Kakashi and his attitude is kind of a laid back I don't care slithering kind of voice. For instance, if Shikamaru were older, I'd say Spike would fit his voice much better than Kakashi, because it fits the character too.

I completely agree down to the last period. I can see Heero - Sasuke more so than Vash - Naruto.

We're comparing the character voices.....the actors usually change their voice according to character.........but Spike and Mugen could be twins.

Well its hard to believe (Expecially with the blatant fan art that was posted.)....but I'll take your word for it.

There was/is also supposed to be a DBZ movie....and there hasn't been any more news on it in years.

The best Dragonball installment is Dragonball X.....Sailor Moon, Watch out for those tentacles!

Yeah, I have, and for now, technically own it. I like it better than "The Grudge" because it doesn't give away all of the details right off. It's just better.

It's slightly on the same level as when Miramax messed with Shaolin Soccer and not only messed with the Chinese writing that appears, but removed scenes and such.


*Gasp* Miramax did WHAT!? How could they do that to my precious movie?

Well the Ichi I saw was definately edited, but I assume it was like that in Japan too. I think they have a Director's cut version as well.

The point that you went out of your way to tell us that Inuyasha's voice is normal shows the depth of your dubbed knowledge. I'm not attacking you, so don't get offended. But it seems that you're giving yourself a little to much credit. Inuyasha's voice is renound for how terrible it is.

But he's his point is valid. If your leaving thats fine. If you don't want to tell us that's fine too. But to try to throw that in our faces will only backfire on your part. No one is going to beg you to tell them why you're leaving. We see through all that attention BS. Nobody here hates you, and nobody from what i've seen has even said anything spiteful. (Except Xeios's post.) So don't go believing, even for a second, that 'we all hate you.' If you have a problem speak up. Solving issues by running away is cowardice.

Someone is being a bit naive. It's not only my personal opinion, its an overall judgement. Just like everyone says the movie Gigli is bad. I'm sure there are people that like it, but it doesn't make it a good movie.

Just how you like the dub doesn't make it a good dub. You're putting way to much faith in the dubbing industry. I don't think its that you haven't heard bad dubs, its that you don't accept that they're bad.

I suggest you stop trying to be witty, it doesn't work for you. You're obviously quite naive if you believe that a company won't put out a bad dub just because their putting money into it and going at it with 'the best of their ability.'

I'm not saying that your opinion is necessarily wrong, because an opinion isn't a fact and everyone is entitled to their own. However, an opinion doesn't change the content. Ever hear of a bad cd or a bad show? That's because their content sucks, but some people still may like it.
