| Never have, never will. Way too expensive, I have more constructive outlets for my stress, and I go into massive coughing fits if someone is within 50ft of me and smoking, or if they smell of it. My family smoked a lot when I was little and it messed with my lungs somehow.

If you want the thread closed and moved to trash, PM Xeo about it, since he's the only staff member currently. As for the current fighting between the two of you. Both of you need to grow up, I'm sorry, but I'm tired of being the nice one here. Grow up, quit fighting and move on with your lives. She shouldn't be yelling at you all the time, nor should you. You shouldn't feel worthless or depressed about anything. You did the best you could, and that is all there is to it. You're human, and perfection is not attainable by humans. If you two cannot settle your differences and get along, then quit talking to each other. No friendship is worth that much drama, especially one like this. |

Looks good. I haven't read the book, however I think that I will keep it that way until after I see the movie (so I won't know what's happening, and so I won't rant about changes of details... like I do with the Harry Potter movies). Effects look awesome, and I really like Jeremy Irons as an actor. |

Mine used to do that all the time until I started the shot. Now it's not as often, but usually still very, very annoying. Once I had it first day of P.E. and we had to run a mile that day... not fun. At least you only have to deal with 5 days, some have it up to two weeks. |

Coming back from Shipwreck auditions last Friday, I nearly got in an accident. The intersection of Ocean Blvd and Magnolia has no left turn signal. I was coming across the bridge from the Queen Mary (bridge becomes Magnolia), light was green for me. There were cars turning from the opposite direction, but it was clear when I entered the intersection... until a large pick-up decided that it would turn left in front of me. Realizing his folly all too late, he slammed on the breaks. I hit mine too, but at 10 feet away I would have hit him head on, so I swerved to the right. Missed him and the curb by less than a foot each as I fish-tailed in front of him and straightened out to head down Magnolia. Lost control of the car because of the speed and fish-tailing, so I fish-tailed some more (though not as wide, kinda a wavy line). Stayed on my side of the street, regained control of the car, and kept going. Not a scratch.

Venomouslobster was in the car with me, after his momentary shock passed he praised me all the way to Denny's. I was shaking like crazy once the shock wore off, but I'm proud of myself. Reflexes took over and I saved both our lives as well as my car. Eris loved me then. Sure, less dramatic versions of that happened on the way to auditions (same intersection, guy stopped with my path still clear and waved apologetically) and after Denny's (guy on Atlantic tried to make U turn in front of me, backed out of way and also waved sorry). The next morning a minivan tried to merge into my line with me in their blind spot... so I have been rather paranoid since then. Seticus, I would have called the cops, but I didn't get the license number. I saw him signaling, but I had the right of way (because there was no turn signal). What is sad is that this was right next to Long Beach courthouse.

Autumn, preferably late autumn though... once the sun has finally got it through it's head that summer is over. Mainly I like the season for Halloween and my birthday... and it's when the rainy season starts here. |
