I'm sure you've all heard the news. A guy in Colorado walked into a midnight showing of the latest Batman movie and opened fire after dropping tear gas inside, killing 12 and reportedly injuring 40 or 50 others.

Now Warner Brothers is talking about pulling all screenings of the film: SOURCE I just don't know what to think. The suspect is from San Diego. It makes me wonder if he tried to do this at Comic-Con. He could take out sooooo many people. I feel sick.

Patton Oswalt posted this video on his Facebook regarding the situation. It's actually about a different shooting, but he wanted to share it because the psychiatrist's words about the media blowing shootings out of proportion is what's the problem. In its own way, the coverage is romanticizing these murderers.

I got up at 6 yesterday morning to make French vanilla Kahlua mocha brownies for a picnic that was going on in Griffith Park later in the day. I baked them, let them rest, cut them out (which was such a mess with how much wanted to stick to the spatula), wrapped them up, and put them on the table with all the other food when we arrived.

People are hitting my brownies pretty hard, and I notice there are three other tins of brownies on the table, going untouched. I come back later and someone set one of those other pans on top of mine. Not just on top the container they were in. No, this other pan was resting on top of my brownies. As I'm holding up that other pan and looking at mine, this fucking kid (looked to be late teens) starts yelling at me, "Eat some of my brownies! They're good! Better than those ones! I am so not taking home two whole pans!" I should mention the kid was wearing his fucking Comic-Con badge from last week. Like it's just dangling from a lanyard around his neck. I pulled my pan out from under his and set it elsewhere. By the end of the picnic my container was cleaned out of all brownies with none but the crumbs left. 
Anyway, helps when you cut them out and don't just leave a bunch of uncut pans on the table with a plastic fork as your serving utensil when it doesn't do shit to get them out of there. (Last edited by Rogue on 03-29-13 10:53 AM)

I'm not entirely sure of Ramsey Snow, although I'd heard he was supposed to really be in season 2 a lot more than just being mentioned a couple times between Robb and Roose, but I love this guy on Misfits.

I've noticed over the years that people have gotten more and more brazen with what they're putting on YouTube, and similarly it seems like YouTube's gotten pretty lax with what they're pulling down. Granted there isn't all-out porn (for the most part) on there, but nudity's definitely been slipping through. Example: This video inspired someone to post:
