No matter what anyone says to you, you will just go on about it, so I give up. And actually, D&D rules work very well here. If you knew what the rules were (as a DM would, not a regular player) you might get it, but you seem the type to try and bend them anyway. Note: I never teleported. I would prove it too if the thread was still up. You'll still say it anyway. ... and people wonder why I don't simbattle much anymore. I wish Sparda was still around. |

| Hokuto no Ken pachinko? What the fuck is wrong with them?!
Katamari Damacy is by far the oddest game I have ever seen! How much acid did they drop making that game?! Other than that... Darkened Skye. 
The game itself is annoyingly hard, and it's concept just boggles my mind. You must restore magic to the land... and the source of magic is Skittles. That's right, you heard me, Skittles! Different colored candies power your spells! And some of the cut scenes that explain why/how the bad guy took away the magic (by stealing all the skittles) are the old commercials with the wizard making it rain skittles! 
But yeah... for a game with a stupid concept, I found it to be hard... couldn't get past the third or fourth level before I had to return it to Blockbuster. Grr! (Last edited by Elara on 06-22-05 03:10 AM) |

| It's going okay for me I guess. Summer semester at a college isn't as bad as in high school.
Of course, since this past Monday I've had practically NO social life at all because my precalculus class started. That's right, I'm taking precalc in the summer... three years after I took trigonometry and 4 years after Algebra 2. Yup, I've lost my mind! Right now I am supposed to be writing an essay for my World Civilazation class, but I needed a temporary break. I'm actually almost done with that class, it ends July 7th. Then all I will have to deal with is precalc until the end of July... at least I get the first two weeks of August off. ... I want my summer back, dammit! |

| Well, I think that he would understand that you just didn't like him that way if you told him. It must have been very hard for him to say that to you, especially given the circumstances. When you do talk to him, let him down gently... be honest, and do it like you would want to have it done to you if you told someone you loved them and they didn't feel the same.
I'm sure that he'll get over it and things will be good again. |

| I know that I'm going to get bitched at for saying this, but...
Are you sure that it is love and not infatuation? Infatuation can lead to those feelings as well, that is why I ask. Anywho, since I know the feeling, I will tell you this. True us right, paranoia will chase her away if you are not careful. The key thing to do is to let the past remain in the past and don't worry about it unless you start seeing some signs of history repeating itself. Easiest thing to do is to have a talk with her about it, see how she feels and what she can do to ease your worry. I've lost more than one boyfriend by being clingy... hell, I even lost a fiancee that way sorta. A little clingy is a good thing, but don't get possessive or start always doubting her. If there is no trust, then the relationship will die. |

Anywho, I chose Empire Strikes Back. It was a hard toss up between that and Return of the Jedi (I love the Ewoks and Endor), but Empire had the best moments... the "Luke, I am your father" line, as well as the first appearance of the Imperial March theme, and Princess Leia telling Han Solo that she loves him (and Harrison Ford's famous ad lib "I know")... an Yoda, you can't forget Yoda. |
