| I'm gonna go ahead and revive this because I'm a rebel.
I grew up with a father in telecom so we had a t1 at the house when I still lived with him before the good ol parental seperation. I played a ton of command and conquer before getting hooked on Neopets with my grandmother. Then I migrated to SWG and their forums in 2003 and in 2004, I joined XGF in High School with much of the old Petaluma crew (Jexim, X Marks the Spot, FX, Shaddow Karate, DarkKnight, Darkness. etc) and promptly got myself banned for posting some stupid shit about a shiny gold spatula by Kaijin. I got unbanned, proceeded to shit post my way to victory and a post spree/onfire with Whiterose and Katana. Stuck around for awhile, got into some fights here because I was such an angsty little bastard while at the time helping to found a few GMODRP communities, such benefits as being the grandfather of bringing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. SoC to the format and creating the first SRP was kind of a shit show. I'm also on Something Awful during this time and playing EVE because what else did I have to do. |

| Costume armor making, always been involved in the scene via the 501st but I never made my own armor it was always purchased or made for me. Now I make most of my own kit and help others make their own. It's a pretty rewarding process.

| I'm recovering from the whirlwind that was the Rogue One Launch. Did a slew of events in and out of costume handling and doing press stuff for the Mercs while I was out and about.
Did three families Christmas stuff before getting to finally get home and relax. I'm looking forward to a quiet few days until new years. |

| The past two weeks have been nuts.
The previous week we've been hosting a week long event for all of the Ravenwood guys and girls in that community I run. We rented a lakehouse in South Eastern Iowa, picked up some kegs, had a full bar and cooked every day and had an amazing time. it has been nuts. Only hiccups had to do with getting back from Texas... Why was I in Texas? My dad and his wife and my sister moved from Northern California to the DFW area. I was supposed to show up and help pack and then fly back to Iowa for my event. This didn't work out. I had to help pack and then we picked up a second truck that I ended up driving. Nail in the tire, blown trailer tire all contributed to what should have been two days of driving into three days of fucking nightmare. I was stressed, grumpy and angry that I wasn't going to be back in time for the start of an event that I planned while my buddies were flying into town. Here is a shot from day 2. I'm sure you can tell which one is me and what my state of mind was when we stopped for gas at like 3 am.  |
