| *Jade swore as she felt the ground crack beneath her, spreading her wings as she jumped into the air just as the ground gave way beneath her. She continued on her ascent, streaking into the sky just inches in front of the points of the pentagram, finally stopping after the points all converged beneath her*
"A nice try, but it will take more than that to catch me." *Still holding Dark Soul in one hand, Jade raised the other into the air, palm facing towards Zenthiroth and the pale horse below. A black energy crackled around her as she began to chant in the ancient Elven tongue, finally shouting out one final phrase* "Yala'amin mor'me'urra pelektta gothamin!" (I summon black lighting to strike my foe!) *A ball of black lighting errupted from Jade's hand, streaking it's way across the distance between the two opponents, aiming right for Zenthiroth's chest* Black Lightning- Summons a ball of black lighting to appear and explode upon impact with opponent in a 30 ft radius, dealing powerful electric damage that can possibly stun them. She can summon more than one, but it drains more energy from her to do this. They are fast and hard to dodge, and it is nearly impossible to dodge the blast from impact. |

Just because you know the basics of scaring does not mean that the rest of the class does, and it most certainly does not give you the right to tell me how to run my class. The ability to scare humans is a paramount skill of Reapers and therefore one of the most important subjects that you will study here. *Jade attempted to fly out of the way of the oncoming assault, but the force of the attack still managed to hit her from behind, sending her flying higher into the air at a extremely high velocity while tumbling feet over head so to speak. When she finally stopped spinning she glared down at Zenthiroth from 200 feet in the air. She was not horribly hurt, but her legs were a bit numb and she was slightly dizzy* "You want to play that way? Fine!" *Jade opened the pouch at her side and deposited Dark Soul. Her hands now free she raised them together in front of her face with the thumb and index fingers extended in an L shape as she closed her eyes. Slowly the echoing of a chant could be heard from above, her voice speaking words in Elven and the air becoming crisp and cold with the power she drew upon* "Maeg ar' ringwe yelamin lle, coria gurtha." (Sharp and cold I call you, violet death.) *The ground began to frost over slightly, even the hell-born lava and deep beneath the surface a tremor began. Jade remained focused on her chanting repeating the words over and over, her hands still held in front of her face. As moments passed the ground near the surface began to shake as well and the solidified lava began to crack from the vibrations, but no molten rock escaped from these tiny fissures. The surrounding air now was becoming bitter cold, yet Jade seemed unaffected though she wore only scant barbarian leather and fur* |

Well, I know that you wouldn't kill yourself since you tend to not care really. However, I really think that it would be better for you to take the dispatcher job. Not just because of the money (though that is a major boost for you), but also because it gives you the health benefits and it is a more secure job. As much as you don't like dealing with people's drama, you are a very good counselor to people in times of trouble, and you always manage to remain calm so I honestly think that you would do very well as a dispatcher. Sure, it's not videogames, but like you said, if you take the job then you will have the money to finish school so you can return to the videogame world; and I think that is a better thing for you right now.

*Jade had opened her eyes to finish the summoning when she saw the black horse appear and the ice swords come up from the ground and streak towards her. She gave a feral grin as she spread her demonic wings wide and began to flap them as hard as she could, rising and falling five feat with every beat. The magic energy and heat that surrounded her created a strong, gale force wind that rushed it's way towards Zenthiroth. As it hit the wind rushing towards her the two opposing gusts clashed and formed a swirling vortex of ice that drove downwards back towards Zenthiroth and his accursed black horse. The best part was that she was not yet done. Her opponent was in for a small surprise*

(I summon Purple Ice!) *The ground cracked and exploded as massive shards of violet colored ice shot from the earth, jutting into the air at a fast rate to meet with the ice-filled whirlwind that was screaming downwards, with Zenthiroth in the middle. Each spike starting from a needle-sharp tip to a base as thick as a large tree* Purple Ice- Jagged spikes of translucent purple ice jut from the ground in a 50 ft radius of the opponent. The ice freezes fire on contact, so Jade is usually in the air when she uses this to protect her sword. They rise to 20 feet in the air, and sprout out in such thick concentration that it is nearly impossible to get out of them or navigate through them. Jade has done so only once.

I know, and I agree with you guys. Emotional pain I think is the most horrible type of pain that one can ever experience because it takes ages to even start to heal, and no matter what it leaves ugly scars... I have a lot of them myself. But I've ranted here far to much to do it again. It is very hard to trust someone again after you are hurt like that, almost unthinkable, but it can happen. I was lucky enough to be able to put my trust in someone again, so I know it can happen. Pockets, I know what you went through has been a living nightmare luv, and I wish that you could have been spared the pain of it all. It kills me to see the people that I care about in pain. I care about everyone on this board to that degree, but especially the people that I know in real life like you and Makura. If there is anything that I can do, even if it's just being that little psychologist that you can rant to, I am here for you... all of you. Makura, sweetie, I am so sorry to hear about that! You know I'm hear to talk if you need me. Drizzt, though I don't know you as well as I've known people like Rain and Evo, and even Kaijin to a degree, through them I've learned a bit about you, and through your LJ I've learned more about what you've been through, and it's horrible that you have to deal with that kind of shit. I know that what I'm saying probably won't mean as much to you because I'm just a girl that lives hundreds of miles away; but I say this because I consider you my friend. I know that the past hurts, gods do I know, but you can't let the horrors of the past defeat you. You are a strong person, and you are a very sweet person, and I believe that you can rise above all this shit in your life that you've had to deal with. You have a lot of anger inside, and you have your demons to excercise, and you need to find a way to do it, and once you do you will be stronger than ever. Just know that no matter how dark the path you are on seems, no matter how desolate, that you are never alone. I'm here for you, Katie is here for you, as is Kaijin and all the people that care about you. Never forget that. Benja... well.
