"No time to dwell on me, I'll be fine. Other people need our help." Marika woke to the feeling of water lapping against her head. She heard muffled sounds through the barrier of water around her ears. As she sat up her ears were bombarded by the noise of the chaos around her. |

I would highly recommend the patch, or gum, or something like that. Few people can go cold turkey. My dad used to smoke, so I'll ask him how he quit when he comes down this weekend. Best of luck good luck to you. Oh, and maybe you could try finding a support group, kinda like AA? I'm sure they exist, and I bet they help. |
