| It's possible that I could put up a decent version of MoD for us to check out (of course everything would be inactive, registering, posting, etc, but we could all look at it for reference).
I was browsing my old old AcmlmBoard Kingdom-sized-folders and found a board backup from "October 16, 2004" at about 19mb, so there will more than likely be around 20,000 posts or so on. So it'll probably be pretty correct compared to the time MoD went down. Would you guys be interested in this? I don't have anymore db space on my server here, but I could probably set it up somewhere else (say funpic.org) for us to check out. (Last edited by QuickMan on 11-17-05 01:51 AM) |

Yeah, notice the "nevermind" in the title. 
Turned out to be an extremely old backup of this board actually, when I still used my ZMasterSephiroth AIM name and everything. Aside from that, I can't even get the board to work, and a lot of things are missing from the database. Meh, it was worth a shot I guess.  |

| Awww....I got all excited when I saw this thread...I saw the nevermind, but I thought that was kinda a joke, like you saying you already know the answer without asking. :p Wishful thinking on my part.
But...if it's possible, I really would like to see the archive up there...but on the flipside, Syntax's comment caught my attention...if it's almost like duplicating this board now, then I guess there'd be no point. I mean I personally got excited over seeing all of the old stuff. Everything here is still fresh in our minds and still going on. |
