Z-35 approached the Spartan, not in a ship as most people would suspect, but in the room with the cryotubes. Z-35 didn't like attacking from a ship, in fact, Z-35 rarely flew a ship on its own. No...that ship was a decoy, it had no people on it, and was just automatically programmed to try an dock with the human ship. It would keep anyone but its target away from the true battle. Its feet clinked loudly on the ground as it approached Spartan. It had been hired by a group of people who opposed the creation of spartans to kill this person. Anyone who could carry more than the standard amount of weapons deserved a bit of violence. It spoke, Spartan's back still towards it. "You humans like your cryo containers, don't you? I have yet to see a spartan travel without being in one, which is strange, considering it is such an irritating form of travel." Two blades suddenly flew out of Z-35's arms. "But then, some might think it strange that I must now kill you, which I can promise is much more irritating for you." The plasma weapons that Z-35 had were charged and ready. All that remained was for Spartan to attack.

Z-35 couldn't avoid the first shot, and its arm was thrown back with kenetic force as the bullet hit its arm. However, by that time, it was able to move out of the way of where Spartan aimed the next bullet, so taht it recieved a bullet only to its arm.

Z-35 pulled up its right arm, and grabbed the sniper rifle as it was thrown. Fortunately, its left arm hadn't been damaged much by the bullet, as Z-35's armor was made out of atoms compressed to an atomic level. In fact, if Z-35 was completely destroyed, his armor would become a black hole. Fortunately, he had anti-gravity equipment to counter that. It focused on Spartan, who now held a shotgun, and was pointing at Z-35. It didn't give him the time to fire. Z-35 lifted an arm, and one of the plasma cannons from its arms fired. This plasma was much enhanced from the Covenant variety, as it was created from a different source. The temperature would be at least five thousand degrees anywhere within ten feet of the main plasma bullet. The plasma bullet should, as a result, destroy both the weapons locker, and the cryotube. "You weren't worth the price they put on your head, Spartan."

Z-35 quickly sent electricity through its feet, attatching it to the ground as the air blasted past it. It walked forward as the wind rushed past it, moving away as the heat passed into the atmosphere. It noticed Spartan aiming at his arm again, and moved at blinding speed, moving out of the way only a few milliseconds before Spartan actually pulled the trigger, resulting in a miss.

The air stopped venting, and Z-35 deactivated the electiricty, now allowing him to move faster. He accelerated to a speed of thirty miles per hour, and attempted to grab Spartan's arms as he forward. If Z-35 succeeds, he'll twist the arm, attempting the break it. "It is inevitable, human."

Unfortunately, as had been said before, Alex had created a psychic barrier around the orbs. As Cairoi leapt towards it, it should have thrown him backwards. Unfortunately, this meant that no fire was launched, and Alex hardly needed to defend against it.

Alex shook his head. "So, you do have some abilities beyond magic. I'm interested in learning how you jumped so high..." Alex continued charging, hoping that Cairoi would find a way to break thourgh the magical barrier. If he didn't...this fight would be frustratingly boring.

Vulkar walked in, and the usual applause sounded. He spoke, "Now, ladies and gentlemen, I present to you a man who likes to go on long sprees without posting, which is why I got him here as soon as was physically freaking possible, so that maybe we can squeeze and interview into the time before he stops again!"

The crowd frowned, this didn't sound like who was supposed to be next... "I present to you and old member of the board, a simbattler, an RPer, and one of the most well known members of the board. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you...Leon D. Sagara!" The crowd frowned more, until one person raised his hand..."Wasn't Saijin suppsoed to be next?" he asked. Vulkar shook his head. "No, Leon has been on longer, so I figured he gets to go first. Anyway, I present...LEON!" The crowd clapped politely, comptemplating this new information...

Just in case you all are wondering, there are subtle clues as to who the mafia is each time they strike, including the last one. So yeah, Byte has been voted, and is now...dead. There was a letter left on the town billboard soon after he died, it read as follows, "Townspeople of Xeogaming. "You have killed one of your own, congratulations, for our job has just been made easier. See, we follow the dictates of evolution. Only the most fit to live by the sword(or the gun, if you don't like swords), will survive. "Have fun, and better luck next time, for Byte was innocent." the letter ended, and the townpeople waited for another brutal strike,
