| **shrugs** Here goes. For the record, I've decided I'm going to keep Holly heavily involved in this one. At first I wanted to introduce new charries and give Holly good reason to sit behind throughout most of it. So...since we're changing things, I'm taking away the whole kid thing. Also, I'm assuming that Seifer's nomadic lifestyle hasn't changed. If it has, let me know, Cairoi, since that effects the info I add to my character's history.
Name: Holly Ezhno Age: 23 Description: Physically, not much has changed about Holly over the past five years. Her black hair still cascades down her back, about her waist, her skin still pale and her eyes are as blue as ever. However, Holly's attire has altered slightly. While still sporting her usual, youthful get-up, Holly is often spotted in blouces with skirts, heals, and her long thick hair tied back tightly. History: Holly was raised in a family with a free-spirited mother, and a strict military father. Her mother grew sick, however, and as a final parting gift, presented Holly a shard. Knowing nothing of it's power, Holly kept it close to her, just as her mother requested before her death. Later on, Holly realized, it was the shard in her posession that drew her and Josiah together. That meeting in turn thrust her into the war of the shards. After the war, Seifer found it difficult to remain at the Marinae base. It drove him into restlessness. While it was difficult in the beginning, Holly accepted Seifer's decision to travel and busied herslf with other matters, one of them being moving in with her father, Henry Marina, the same man whom she ran away from and resented for so many years. After the war, Henry was severely injured and is confined to a wheelchair. (I'll post my other charries later, soon as I figure out where this is going exactly...) |

Anywho...Happy New Year everyone! I know I'm like super late...but still. I didn't really do anything on New Year's Eve. I went up to Boston (Dartmouth actually) to visit my boyfriend's family, and we were leaving early, so I just stayed over his house, his mom cooked the bestest food ever, like always, and we went to bed right after saying "Happy New Year." The trip was awesome though.  |

LIFETIME SERVICE AWARD (LONGEST FRIEND) Surprisingly, most of my friends. Grew up in a close knit neighborhood. NEWCOMER AWARD - NEWEST FRIEND? Hmmm...definitely Sarah, Julian, Eric, Kev, and Chris. (Yay school friends.) LOW POINT OF THE YEAR? Hmmm...Prolly getting bad grades...no, definitely getting bad grades...oh...and a miscarriage. Yeah...that one sucks too. =/ BEST HOLIDAY? If Birthdays count, then my 20th Birthday. Not the day, technically, but for my birthday and my boyfriend's (Both of ours are in the Spring, right before school lets out) we went to Virgina to Busch Gardens for 5 days.
SONG THAT WILL ALWAYS REMIND YOU OF 2008? "Viva La Vida"- Coldplay "Your House"- Jimmy Eat World ALBUM OF THE YEAR Gonna say Katy Perry, but that's only because she's my current obsession. Her album is actually way better (and slightly different, imo, than her "I Kissed a Girl" single.) BEST DECISION MADE THIS YEAR? Art school. WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR 2009? Despite going to art school full time, I still wanna take a class each semester at the community college, maybe two classes each summer session...get a job for the summers only (I can work at school during the academic year)...to get my liscence...and all my medical crapola sorted out and taken care of. MOST STUPID IDEA WHEN DRUNK Haven't been drunk in a loooonnng time...Prolly most stupid idea was to drink so much, two of my friends had to actually take me home. Getting "plastered" was never my thing. TV SHOW OF THE YEAR? The West Wing! I know it's been over for a few years now, but I have the entire series now and didn't watch any of it until this year...eerie how it mirrored this election... MOST LOYAL FRIEND? Several...Chris(Xeios) would have to be one of them. He put up with more of my antics than most people and he's still my best friend. BIGGEST CHANGE OF THE YEAR? Nothing too significant if I can't think of any... BIGGEST DUMBASS AWARD? Teehee...too many to chose from... BEST NEW THING YOU DID? Strayed away from academics and focused on art more. NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS KEPT? This is the first year I'm attempting to make resolutions and keep one...so...I'll have a better answer in the meme for 2009. XD MOST OVER DONE NEWS STORY Dunno... BEST LAUGH FOR 2008? Being powerbombed by my district manager, and then clothes lining him moments later in retaliation. Yay Madden Midnight releases!!! WHO DID YOU SPEND VALENTINES WITH? Johnny (The boyfriend) WHAT DID YOU DO FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY? Nothing on the actual day. As a matter of fact, I just came back from Virginia a few days prior... BEST RELATIONSHIP? My boyfriend of course, but all of my friends too. WHAT WERE YOU FOR HALLOWEEN? A kitty cat. =^.^= RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR? Bertucci's (Cheapest...and best...Italian food I've ever eaten.) BOOK OF THE YEAR? "Twilight"- Stephanie Meyer...I know it didn't come out this year, but it's the most recent series I've read, so it's stuck in the front of my brain....unfortunately, the other books sucked, and only the first one was really good.

The moment the sound of the vehicles crossed her ears, Holly was racing toward the source and thrusting herself into Seifer's path. Though she was smirking as she spoke to him, her blue eyes sparkled with delight. Public affection still wasn't something Holly was good at, and her husband's return was no surprise. She was able to maintain as much of her composure as she wanted. |

Age: 17 Description: Nearly since she hit puberty, Kit was a child trapped in the body of a young woman in her twenties. | Holly was taken aback by the action. Usually, they saved the antics for when they were away from a crowd. However, Seifer wasn't usually gone as long as he had been this time, so, Holly forgave him for the public display of affection, this time.
But still, she couldn't help but blush, as she looked up at him, a grin playing at the corners of her lips. "The date is still being speculated." Holly announced, turning her attention to the arguing pair as well. "Most wanted the trial to be held yesterday." She says with a sigh, attempting to emphasize the impatience of those who want the trial over with. "Others are still trying to draw this out as long as possible." She shrugged. "I suppose Jack's lawyers are really just trying to postpone their loss." She added with a smirk. Brad... she thought, her mind trailing off a little. She often wondered how this case would affect him. Though he was once her captor...Holly, now more than ever, understood the position he was in, and will forever be grateful for the protection he showered her with despite her unwillingness to be there. |

Deep inside Dome City's main building, the furious clicking of heels echoed throughout the halls. For a moment, the sound ceased, only to be replaced by a soft rustling. "Aha." She whispered triumphantly, fishing out her badge. Gingerly she held it out for the sentry to see. He smiled and waved her on through. With a flick of the wrist, she sent her chestnut brown curls behind her, allowing it to rest about her shoulders, as she passed through the gate. "I wish you as much luck as I can without jinxing the outcome of this trial." The sentry added as she passed by. "Thanks." She grumbled, but winked all the same, her heels clicking against the floor once again. After a few more moments of walking, she found herself standing before the final barrier between her and her client. Just as the guard was about to let her through, she placed a finger gently in the air, signaling for him to wait a moment. She dropped to her knees and allowed her briefcase to hit the floor with a soft thud. It was a habit of her's that couldn't be shaken even after lawschool. She always double checked herself up until the last possible moment. After sifting through the paperwork, she found what she needed to start and snaped the briefcase shut. Finally, she rose to her feet, reaching into her purse as she did so, and fished out a pair of thinly framed glasses. She placed them onto her soft honey brown eyes, smoothed out her black skirt and white blouce, and picked up her briefcase. One final time, she displayed her badge for everyone to see and the door was opened for her. "Evening, Mr. Dreddin." Natalie muses, flashing him her most charming grin yet. |

H'okay...I'm not gonna lie. I'm a sissy. I only got through the first chapter, and...almost shit myself a few times. Mainly because I kept hearing "Zomg, this game is sooooo scary..." And I have this habit of assuming things to be MUCH worse than they are...so little things like entering a new room makes me jump. XD My brother is about halfway through it though. He loves it. From the little I've played...I like that the monsters are kinda smart. Once in a room, I killed everything. Walked out, only to have to go back, and a live one is hiding under the corpses of his comrades. That was one of the more legitimate times I shat my pants. Still though...just because I only got through the first chapter, doesn't mean I don't think it's great. Been a while since I played a game that I never WANTED to walk away from. |
