Right, maybe I should look up who this chick is before commenting, or perhaps, if you've used a source image, I could see that?

The piece looks good. I've been a fan of your coloring since I've seen your work here. I do recall asking what you did it in and perhaps it was you, but you did it in something other than photoshop, and I was utterly impressed. Quite frankly, I am too lazy to look at your old Miku threads to double check on that. So in short, the work is good.

However, you said something seemed a bit off to you, so I purposely looked for a problem. Art school has turned me into quite the snob, says my "non-art school friends" as they call themselves...but in reality, I just understand how frustrating it is when people don't take enough care to look at my work for more tan two seconds. So, tell me if I am insulting, and I won't do this to you again, but I'm going to point out the "bad"

I don't particularly like how skinny she is at the top, and how you can only see one boob. I understand about angle and stuff, but the right side (my right as I'm looking at it) seems a bit flat. HOWEVER, there poses another conundrum. Okay, so you add a little more curvature on the right side...now what? Well, now they look TOO close together...hence why the top seems a bit thin to me. I dunno...I could probably be of more assistance if I saw the actual source, whether you just borrowed, or drew exactly what you saw....because I've seen "professional" work that looks like that, and maybe it's the style of the character in itself and I'm failing to see it.

HELL I need to learn to talk less. But, I like what I see, therefore put more interest in expressing what I see in the work.

I lurk all the freaking time. I always wanna post...I can't tell you HOW many times I've recently had to just log out and not hit "reply" because I was interrupted by something in the middle of my post.

I'm definitely game. I think it also might be an opportunity to bring new members. I'm actually trying to con my cousin into joining the site. I know there's more to the site than RPing, but I was about 15 when I joined here, and let's just say that I was "discovered" from another message board, and I was looking for THAT board because I was looking for places to RP. And thus began everything. Haha.

So, even if there's more than RPing, I think it would help recruiting more members by drawing them in for something specific. RPing I think would be the easiest. I know having other forums to chat in helped kill time for me when I was waiting for a reply. **shrugs**

Hmmm..this is just about a month old, but it's the first time I'm seeing this, so I hope interest in your question is still welcome at this point.

Anyway...you know, that's always been my initial issue with SIM Battling. I'm lazy, so it's always been a bit of a concern of mine too, what deciphers the end, and I wondered what would happen should something be difficult to end. I've read the battles between Sparda and Kaijin to see that it CAN go on and on....and on and on....and they were WITHOUT someone being whiny, or Godmodding, or whatever it is the kiddies called it.

In all honesty, I'd like to look over your things at your other sites (I'm sure you have links here somewhere, be it your profile or the art forum, I'll just have to find 'em.) For starters, I've always been a fan of how you think, so I've been wanting to check them out anyway, but I could possibly better serve you if I saw what was going on.

Just wanted to at least say SOMEthing here so you knew your question wasn't being totally unheard. But if I could suggest something before actually seeing your situation first hand, I think you should have a back up hit points system. It's fun, I'm sure, to be creative and go on without it, but I'm sure it's also tedious to hit a point where moving on is difficult.

Seagulls are freaking hilarious. But that's probably because I've always been on the pointing and laughing end. The closest to being a victim of their prowess was when they tried stealing a hot dog from me. I was about 7, and it freaked me the hell out, so I threw it at my sister, of course it got stuck in her hair, and I laughed myself into an asthma attack because she couldn't figure out for the life of her why 3 seagulls were going after her.

By the way, not that I was horribly asthmatic. I was just laughing THAT heartily, I must say. XD XD XD

So, art is shaping out to be the career goal for me. With that said, I feel like posting some very old crapola. Why? Because when artistic opinions are concerned, I can honestly say I've earned some of the most effective constructive criticism here. You guys are artistic geniouses, what can I say?

No, seriously, I've always valued the opinions I've gotten here.

With that said, I'm going to be scanning in some newer things sometime today, and will continue to gradually post more and more, and one of my main goals is to improve as an artist. I'm nowhere near perfect, so please, when I post my new stuff, tear me a new one, I won't learn otherwise. But I want to get better, so if a favor isn't too much to ask, I'd like those commenting on my newer work to compare the old and let me know what I have been, thus far, too dense to not improve.

<--I'm literally redrawing this one, most of the flaws are painfully obvious.

<---Later I will be posting my updated version of this. It was Elara who gave me some badass advice her one eye, and I took it to heart and was quite pleased about the outcome.
