| At once Xeios hands began glowing a faint blue, as he complied with Cairoi's childish request, catching each fo the stones and crushing the magic from them with a swift movement.
"Are you atually going to try, or will I need to wait all day?" Xeios' face appeared impatient, yet he still smiled at the thought of his taunting. That which he loved so well. |

| Xeios responded positively to Beowulf. He was neither intimidated or afraid. He too, walked from the between the peus to the main aisle. A large cross hung in front of him, and behind Beo. Staring at them with some sort of exponential compassion, and a longing for the pease. But as if the statue knew there would not be peace, it appeared to shrink back. A thin line of blood trickling from the crown atop its head, the wound on its side, and on its feet and hands. Xeios made a sign of his power by causing the blood to flow. This would make ordinary humans believe even more, and think it a miracle. But what happened next would be only caused by demons. The statue began to steam in the places where the blood streamed by. Soon, large crevices were carved into the being, in the form of an upside down pentagram. Though this was not necessarily a sign of evil, it was the opposite of the entagram, which is a sign of beauty. So the upside down pentagram meant merely to be the unbeautiful. Blood dripped eeirily from the idolic statue. Xeios began glowing a deep crimson color, this glow was actually a fine mist of blood surrounding him. His bandages, which were clean and white were not stained by this mist, and the blood which condensed on Xeios' body ran off with no stains or markings. Xeios clenched his fists, and the blood launched into his wrists. Absorbing at once. He placed his hands in his pockets. He smiled an attractive smile. Beowulf seemed like he would be a fun opponent, and as it apeared, he came from the same sort of upbrining as Xeios. His father, gone and dead, his mother, also dead. Demonic father, Human mother. They had more in common, but Xeios could not care to find any more information out first. He raised his left hand to his forehead, and gave a small salute.
"This will be fun, and by all means, don't hold back. I need a challenge amongst the common playthings." Xeios ran his right hand through his long white hair, fixing it, and making it neat. His left boot tapped impatiently, as his left hand reached into his left pocket. From which, he pulled a single cigarette, Newport, and a Zippo brand lighter. He placed the cigarette in his mouth, and lit it. With the flick of his wrist, he closed the lighter. Putting out the flame. he replaced the lighter in his pocket, and took a puff. Smoke trailed thinly from the end of his cigarette, and he grinned once again. |

| Xeios saw the spectacle of wispering to the sword. He knew what it was. Beowulf was conversing with his father's spirit, brought to a real location through the sword. Xeios had seen it before, in his once best friend, whom he found it necessary to kill. Complete death was a liberation for his friend, at least he had not found a tieing to this planet as strong as Xeios'. Xeios was to be a judge of souls. The modern day St. Peter, except instead of a gracious key, there would be a merciless sword. Soulsteel was the sword spoken of in the prophecy. It has trapped millions of souls in its self. The sword, actually once weighed merely three pounds. Not anymore, it has become overloaded with souls, such to the extent it weighs twelve tons. Heh, Xeios' fathers soul was in there somewhere. But snce the long-standing hatred for his father had begun, he had not wished to speak to him, even on his father's deathbed, Xeios was mute. He had judged him as he had judge others before. With cold silence, and hot steel.
Xeios saw this jesture as amusing, but he felt sorry for the first time in a long time. He saw this man's onnection to his father, even through death. He wondered if Beowulf had ever thought of what his father had done to his mother. He wondered if his foe even cared. He could tell that Beo held remorse for some of those he had felled. A good enough quality to allow him a second life. Xeios examined Beowulf as well. Interesting. He had talons. I wonder how much of a strategic value they provide. Seems as if they would work well in close quarters combat. He had to give his foe credit for the simple acheivements such as weaponry goes. His sword was rather large...I suppose, strying to impress a foe with big weaponry is very, very falty. Although, If Xeios chose not to screw aroungd wiht this one, he would use a large sword too. He must mean business. "None whatsoever, my friend..." Xeios brought his right hand to his heart, then saluted the man once more. His salute was a simple shae of the hand, not taking too much effort to conjure it. Almost directly after friendily saluting, his face gleamed with intensity. He slid his right foot behind his body, and bent his knees slightly. He was ready fro battle. Hir right hand was placed on the hilt of Shinfu, and his left was placed just under the hilt, but upon the sheath. He pulled sklightly on the blade, and a spark let out with the sliding of the metal. The sword, at least the inch that was revealed of the sword, had no ornate designs upon it, but shone in an uncanny light. He nodded to his foe as some of his clean shiny white hair flopped over his face. covering the left side of his face almost entirely. Xeios had no problem seeing through the bit of hair. He usually wouldn't have his eyes open to fight, allowing his inner eye to greatly overpower his normal senses, but this time, he needed to keep both open. He did so, most definitely as a sign of respect for his great foe. And allowed him the first move, should he wish to take it. |

| Hey, I have an idea. SAy I want to challenge Benja for his title, and I beat him. We do a title swap. Or I get the heavyweight belt, and he gets the middleweight belt.
That way, you can actually progress through the belt ladder without losing a battle or giving your belt away. |

| Xeios was covered in the blood of others. A shodow wrapped itself around him,and threw him into the air behind Dasso. A snarl escaped his lips, and a mild bit of laughter followed after. Xeios was alive again, not even Dasso could revive himself from the torment he was going to give him. Xeios pressed his right hand tightly into Dasso's back, and a large flame emitted fro it, threatening to completely disintegrate Dasso when he least expected it. There would be no chimaera, at least that was Xeios' hope. The bars protecting Dalit faded away with the ressurection of Xeios. And he huffed, gasping for air, but not finding much. This was the way it must be...He thought. An onld man dies, to save a youngin...

| But still, maybe since you kow Xeios uses blood, you shouldn't have made a character with blood. So, I can start influencing your character because he has bood, Right?
And I said asked if I should have assumed, not that I did. Seriously, just get on with the damn fight, I edited my post, and I don't believe it should count for you to post an ooc argument to save your ass from a dq, seriously you should have to post a real response. | Edit: Shuyin, do I have permission to edit my prior battle post to try and return it to as original as I can for observation purposes, so that Leon can examine the original post more thouroughly? I apologise for editting the post without your permission, I thought that I could because you had not posted an actual sim post. By which I mean, you did not post your character doing anything. Which I believed would put the rule in effect.
Edit 2: Shuyin, even though I edited without your permission, you posted after my edit without any objection, therefore, It is to be believed that you were fine with my edit, it is merely when I pressed the issue that you brought up the fact that you did not tell me to edit. Sorry, but I guess I assumed you wanted an edit, and instead of being told I was wrong by a judge, I took your word for it, and edited. But still, you can use a force that is great n my character, but you can't tell me what my character's abilities are, ""At the same time of drawing his sword, Shuyin had clenched his fist tighter and pulled his arm backward with an incredible amount of force. This combination wrenched Xeios's metallic items even harder than they had been previously. The added force applied was now so strong, that it would cause an unbelievable amount of stress on one's mind if they dared to interfere by telekinetic/psychic means. Simply because you say something, doesn't mean it has to be true, just because you think that the force would render a person into a vegitative state doesn't mean that will be the case. If that were true, then by using simple logic, you could denouce that simply by saying that if I hit you with a twig your entire body would be crippled, which isn't the case. Do you get my point? | Xeios smiled as he wiped the blood from his forehead, and sniffed his hand. He gingerly licked the blood from his palm and fingers. A maddening smile getting larger every moment, he felt the power of Dasso enter his bloodtream, he knew his artificial brother was weaker than him, but only slightly, and he is nearly doubling his power by drinking. He dove forward and feasted, the warm blood filling his body. He wiped the blood from his lip, being satisfied. And launched antoher cremating blast, to make sure the thing never returned. He wiped the blood from Dalit's forhead as well. He looked into the child's eyes. He was pure, but would soon be corrupted. He knew that it was now their destiny to become the chimaera. If he was in a more saddened mood, then he would kill himself at this very moment, but he was being selfish, he wanted to live for a while longer. To be with those who he considered his friends for a bit more. | |||

Alright, thanks. The thing Xeios muttered was simply a spell showing that Xeios had many ways to counter his own spell effects. And It was never said that Xeios would not take the damage from the hit, just that he would be freed of the paralysis, and Shuyin would be punished as well.  I can get along if he can.

And there could be a seperate Forum for interviews that have been placed etc, wcalled like 'Personals' or something along those lines. | Yay, school, I say that in the most serious way possible,. My summer home sucks, except for the ladies which I happen to find rather plentiful around here. I'm fooling around with one girl now who is aproduct of this summer vacation, but I can't see anything serious happening bewtween us, I don't know if I have the heart to break it to her..I don't want to...But I'm gonna have to... Anyweay, schol is fun for me, especially since I do little work overall... Ha ha, Katana hates me for it... |

| I joined right before the summer the board went down. I was known as Chocobo. It was my name on the MxO forums. i was obsessed with those forums, bu more importanly, being a complete asshole to everyone on those forums. It was fun, ut this opace was new. I read a few battle posts nad thought it was amazing. So I started doing that,m and Xeios was my frist character. I was thinking long and hard with Katana to make up that name, and I loved it as soon as I made it. I wasnted something different thn everyone else, so while everyone had black trenchcoats, I had a white trenchcoat. And almost everything about Xeios was from the matrix. His only special powers was the demon soul inhabiting his body, the ability to control ice, and a pole that turned into a spear. I was so bad then, but I tried copying people's styles. I was very very spammy...To mch to be exact.
Oh, and I don't know if I joined any RPs on that board, but Sparda should remake the Devil May Cry RP, that was fun while it lasted, but it didn't last long because it just did what rps do, die...But I think now we have a more active RP base so I think if it was created again, many more people would join and it would live for a much longer time. Those were the good old days, I spammed a lot, but was never warned...technically. . I did eventually stop wth the spam, but it took me a while, But I had the most posts for any newbie on that site. I think I had about 200 before it went down...vAnd no one had as many as Elara or Xeo do now... |
