| Isha's eyes opened she was stunned, she heard someone at the door. Did...Something go wrong? This didn't look like Marinae HQ, at least not from the intel she'd gathered. She sat up in the bed and weakly spoke.
"Who's there?" her speech was almost nonexistant, she was certainly drained from something. Edgar sighed and stood, he hoped his brother was right. He hoped that his long-time friend and bodyguard was alive. She meant too much to him for hher to die now. To leave him abondoned against the whole planet. With nothing but himself and his shards to get through this. Leon smiled, Alden had fallen for a slight trap. Leon's shard eye began working, reading the pages extremely quickly and processing all of the information directly to his memory, He was fully memorizing and finishing a page every thirty seconds. His right eye, being the real eye, simply shut, awaiting the completion of this. Leon could sense the confusion Alden was feeling right now. Leon was beasting through this file, fully commiting it all to memory at an extremely quick pace. |

Some ketchup dripped from his mouth reminding him of blood. Alex thought that for but a moment he was taking a hugechunk out of an enemies arm, just to add insult to the fact that he already beat them. His daydream stopped abruptly however, and he looked back and forth, wiping the ketchup from his mouth with a napkin. |

| Xeios jumped back a few feet the rocks flying at him suddenly stopped and turned to dust. He took a new battle stance. In his right hand he had channeled a red ball of energy. Darkness began enveloping his body. The red ball being the only visible detail in a mass of shadow. The darkness covered the entire field in a matter of seconds, at this moment, Xeios opened his eyes and an eerie yellow glow was visible. The ground began to shake lightly. | Leon landed climactically beside Seifer, having actually made the EXTREMELY dangerous helecopter to helicopter jump, he was quite proud of himself.
"Long time no see." He noticed Brad and heard what he said. "So. Josiah anywhere around? I've got a bone to pick with him." Leon had vigilantly commanded the people flying Alden's helicopter, at gunpoint mind you, to swoop in close enough so he could try the jump. He had seen holly and Seifer from afar and decided that he should be in the company of friends. Having ignored what Alden had said, he figured that he wouldn't get access to the file anymore. So, he figured he'd try out what he learned on his displacement shard attached to his sword. Sorry for the absense, I'll try to be more active. P.S. - Uh, lemme know if anything happens with the trying to enhance my shard. |

Leon was damn near shoved out of the open door of the cockpit from Holly's hug. His arm quickly shot out and grabbed onto the side, steadying himself. Smiling as Holly seemingly hugged the life out of him. He heard her comment and looked down as a nervous reaction, trying to hide his eyes and face. As he bagen to look up he noticed that she wasn't even looking at him anymore, that was good, he was too nervous to answer that question. He pulled himself into the helicopter fully and sat on one of the seats available. He pulled his broadsword off his back, checking it for any damage, shining it where there was a mark. This was the first time since he broke the sword out of it's case that he ahd truly spent time looking at it. It has been a while, Leon thought. Leon didn't need his eye to see through Seifer's lie about not fighting anymore.

Where there is a cease to fighting we more or less...Break apart, and begin to fall into a never-ending circle of boredom. Bloodshed is the only medicine for us, as we thrive off it." Leon's eyes met Seifer's, "And when we do not have this bloodshed, we find other outlets for our pain. We change you see, we will not be the same without fighting as we were with fighting." Leon stared coldly into Seifer's eyes, knowing that they shared the same insight. At least, they had before. Seifer must have feelings for this Holly girl, his emotions are becoming apparant, something he never allowed happen before.

"Well, you see. I don't know if I'd change anything. I'd demote everyone, hold new staff interviews etc. I'd probably make my reign entirely about punching babies. Not to many pweople can argue with that logic, so I'm nt sure anyone would rebel."

"Seifer, the Suvoj are basically gone, destroyed in a swift swoop of Josiah's hand. I haven't seen or heard from Edgar or Isha in a while. They could very well be dead. Alas, God wills it to be so. His followers are given a test, we must accept such task now and do all that we can." He looked around. "Our destiny has come to show itself. Josiah will die by my blade. It is only a matter of time." Leon wished to try out what he learned from Josiah's file. He had read a good portion of information thoroughly and memorized it all.

In one swift move Xeios shot his right arm forward at Ornlu's neck, particularly the back of his neck. Attempting to strike and cause a momentary stun. He had managed to move behind Ornlu quickly, keeping the glowing red ball of energy held up by his will alone. The energy blast was also sent forward, moments after Xeios struck out with his arm. The blast was hurtling towards Ornlu at a monumentous speed. It's flesh-eating properties preparing to destroy Ornlu's physical body. |

Leon awoke from his trance, he had been moving along with the others without too much effort or input. His head was beginning to hurt again. The need for his medicine was growing in him once more, his eyes were watering. He slowly reached into his pocket and withdrew a single pill bottle. Flicking the top off with his thumb, and distributing two pills into his left hand he smiled awkwardly. He stared at the medicine momentarily, his head swirling with a newfound dizziness. He grabbed the lid that had clicked off the ground recently and replaced it on the bottle. He tossed his head back and slammed the two pills into his throat. Swallowing them quickly. He shook his head and stared at Holly and Seifer. Brad and Eric were there as well, proving that they weren't too bad of people. The had really come along.

Leon stared at Seifer. He pulled his sword from his sheath. "Hey Seifer, You up for a duel? For old times sake?" Leon smiled as he spoke, he really just wanted to prove that he had improved greatly in skill, which he had. Leon had most likely overtaken Seifer in ability by now, he hoped it was true.
