I toned down the shading from an earlier version, and experimented with Kaijin here. Clockworkz, I'm almost afraid to say it, but thus far, all your taste in art as been almost... unbarable. Not trying to be rude, but your way of art is no where near what my way is. Adding shading to my elf would destroy it. I've already tryed adding shading to my image of Kaijin, and it completly ruined it. the "Flat and Unattractive" style that your thinking of is what makes the image appealing, and attractive. |

| Since it is taking long then I thought, I'll post my comment now.
The meteors cannot make it through the dome. A dome, is something that is round, and covers the arena, thus causing an indestructible shield overhead. Making the Meteors useless. Do not alter the arena. They are made for a reason, and are indestructible for a reason too. Just saying that you can make an opening in the roof, or something along that lines, destroys the perpous of having an indestructble arena. The battle can commence. |

| I'd just like to announce that I closed each Round 2 fights due to the two week limit. I'll now be reviewing each fight, and letting everyone know who will be moveing on.
After inquiring with a fellow judge, We have come up with the results of each well played match: Benja, Beowulf, Jade, and Shuyin will move onto the next round. | Kaijin never moved the entire time Cairoi made his move, with the exception of his left hand curling into a fist. He watched the dirt spray from his land, and watched as Cairoi made his way over to Kaijin before the dirt managed to completly land on the ground.
By the time Cairoi got close enough for the over powered slash, enough energy was charged into his palm. He tilted his body to the side, and turned, so his left shoulder was closest to Cairoi. As the slash passed by him, his left hand calm point black to Cairoi's torso, and let loose a Black Matter Orb. Due to Cairoi's over-use of power in the swing, reacting to such a close range attack in the swing would be impossible. Reaction to when the swing even finished would be near impossible, due to the built up kinetic energy from the motion. Black Matter Orb. A ball of a black density from wich is made up of a vampire's soul. The ball is made of a simple gravitational pull, that is over eight times that of Jupiter's gravity. If one were to touch the orb, even a fraction of their clothes, they would have less then a second to react, or the massive pull in the orb would pull them to the center of the orb itself, crushing the body down to nothing more then the size of a normal green pea. Now, while this orb is simple, the star, on the other hand, is what makes it even more deadly, for the star in the middle is acctually a power source that shields the orb from being dispelled by magic, and the star has it's own gravitation, so it will counteract any anti-gravity spells, completly neutralizing it as if the spell never even touched the orb. The star also gives the gravitation the ability to pull in not only metal substances, and crush it like a paper cup, but it can also pull in physical attack spells, or barriers, but grabing hold of the magical source, and pulling on it. This in turn, causes the orb to speed up in it's flight, easily doubling it's original speed. |

| He effortly climbed through tree after tree, running through the tips as if he were running on ground, making twice the speed of that of an average car. He swiftly, and near silently made his way through the thick forest outlaying outside the headquarters...
'You should be meditating.' 'I know...' 'is it really worth finding?' 'Its been hidden out here for years. I'll find it.' 'But is it worth it?' 'Amazing... you've been stuck in my head, and you havn't read my thoughts on it?' 'I tryed, you blocked it out...' 'Mental shielding, baby, gatta love it...' He mused as he already made it a few miles down the trees. He perpously left magical runes around, and spirit barriers to block magic from entering the forest range, making shadow walking impossible... didn't matter, he was flexible enough as it. Chaos mused as he neared his destination, only hidden by the shadows of the trees, and the moon in the sky. |

From high above, it is now seen that the arena is closeing in, it will no longer be an open sky arena, but a dome makeing all matchs several times harder due to the huge decree of motion decrease::
Ayla: GOOOOOOOOOD BATTLES ladies and gents, now it is time for the Third round of the Ancients Tournament. In this round, all combatants are only allowed to move within the space of the dome, the walls and ceiling are reinforced with the strongest rocks and metal known to man, they will not shatter for anything makeing this round of the tournament EVEN more challangeing then the last. The crowd cheers in all awe as Ayla prances around the stadium introduceing the next two fighters:: Ayla: With that said, we all know him, and hes prooven his worth time and time again, MASTER Shuyin! | Name: Kaijin Surohm
Age: 22 History: He has no memories of his left before the age of Five, and living at an orphenage. He lived at that place for ten years, dealing with the head owner of the house, a rough man, violante, easy to anger, untill an unfortinante event that spawned Kaijin's career as a professional assassin. A Hired Gun. He lived on his own like this, and always looked out for his childhood friend, whom he thought of as a sister, untill one day from when she was kidnapped, and hasn't been seen since. Specialty/Career: Since hes a professional assassin, he has a natural ability to fight hand to hand, a military style of unarmed combat. He also a natural excellence with a gun, and is quick with a couple of daggers. He groned for a moment, face down on the cold floor. His head hurt for a moment, ponding with blood flowing through his veins. He wasn't too sure on what was going on. Slowly, he opened his eyes, just to reveal all he saw was darkness... A sudden fear run through him as he thought he was blind. He pulled his arms back, and planted both balms on the ground. Slowly, he pushed up, silently moving up to a crouching position, staring into the blackness of the room. Hoping that it was just dark. He wore his assassin gear, as he was in the middle of finding someone, before he was taken by suprise. It was a strapped on kevlar turtleneck vest, black kevlar military pants, with a couple of belts strapping them on, along with a pair of black military boots. His skin was clean, and free from scars (unlike my vampire persona) along with clear green, peircing eyes, and slick black hair. His eyes squinted immetiatly when the lights flaired on, the shock burning the retinas temporarily before they began to settle. A wave of relife coursed through him, glad it wasn't blindness... still, the voice gave him a chill. He listend to the overhead speaker, giving out an order from which he didn't like... Normally he was paid for this stuff... but he doubted he had a choice from it all... It took him but a moment afterwards to notice he felt a couple of presences near him. Since you lost, you lost because of your own actions, not because of "Politics". Posting "goodbye" posts are just stupid ways to find attention. You already prooved that by not leaving, and comming back to post a pathetic reply in attempts to float your ego more. This board isn't run by Democrates, Republicans, and individuals, its run by common sense, how a fight is fought, and what happens during that fight. Don't go blaming something that has absolutely no effect on a fight. With that said, I want no more bitching about losing a fight. Grow up and be mature about it people. | I'm going to fill you all in on a little secret on how ~I~ judge a fight.
I do not judge based on skill alone. You can be more skilled then Sparda, and you can still lose the fight if everything else sucks. Let me explain: Your attitude, what you do, how you explain, and how well you thought out the fight takes great improtance in the fight. Elyk, you may have skill, but you lost because of your attitude, and how you fought. If you don't see the diffrence between respecting your Opponent, and your Character respecting your opponent, then you seriously need to stop sim fighting and re-think the very concept of the fight. Elyk, the whole time, you dis respected Elara by thinking of her as the weaker of the fight. And don't sit there and tell me it was just your character thinking that. Anyone who read that fight can see you truely thought you were the better fighter, and it yells that in your discriptions. Sure, you may had the skills to win, but you don't have what it takes to be the best. You have a lot to learn if you think otherwise. |
