*A cloaked man stands silently at the cliff's edge. His entire body drabbed in an overly long black hood. A strong updraft of wind blows up from beneath the cliff, lifting the hood back from his head. Xicer's short pointy hair barely budges as the cold wind pushes against him. A violet blindfold covers his eyes, the excess strings flapping violently behind him. He clutches his cloak with one hand and rips it off. The wind consumes the material, dragging it down the cliff and out of sight. Xicer's full figure ripples with power. At first glance he could be easily mistaken for a ninja. His upper torso is clad in a black Kevlar like material, his lower torso the same. Each of his muscles are well defined and it hows through his clothing. Leather buckles are coiled around his arms and legs like snakes.

Xicer holds out his other hand and there is a small flash of light. The light dissapates quickly, leaving only a sleek hand gun in its place. Xicer spins the gun quickly around his finger, letting its adamantium whistle in the air. He flickes his other wrist and the same light appears. The small orbish light flickers then lengthens, producing a short 4ft. staff. Both ends of the staff have rubber knobs around them. His grip tightens around the staff and the end of it begins to glow white. Xicer begins walking back from the edge of the cliff, tapping the ground as he does so. Each time he taps the ground, a golf ball sized light stays there. 1...2...3 He quietly counts to himself with every step as a blind man does. The moment Altec speaks, Xicer flips to the side, aiming his gun at the direction of Altec's voice.* "I already have."

*Xicer never intended to shoot his gun just yet. However Altec's hastiness gives Xicer the prime oppurtunity for attack. Xicer waits patiently as Altec rushes towards him. His feet trampling over the ground and the shifting of his weapons were enough to give away which direction he is coming from. As his opponent charges he calculates the position of his weapons from slight sound they make as he adjusts them. As Altec nears, Xicer is able to sense his body heat, drawing a rough sketch his opponent in his mind. The obstruction of body heat in front of Altec could only mean he was blocking with a weapon. The way his other arm was raised meant he was preparing to strike. Xicer keeps his poker face, not allowing his opponent to know that he's already figured him out.*

Brrrrazzzt *Xicer apparently fires his gun prematurely. As he pulls the trigger, he raises his staff diagonally to block the swinging sword. The energy 'bullet' that was fired strikes Altec's blocked sword. It then ricochets backward, hitting the inside of Altec's swinging sword and ricocheting back towards Altec's chest. Immediately the purple 'bullet' splits into six, threatening to blast a half a dozen golfball sized holes into Altec's upper torso. This entire razzle dazzle happens in an instant. For the 'Bullet(s)' are made of energy, making them several times faster than normal man made bullets. Each 'bullet' packs the same powerful puncture capablity as a regular bullet, but they also send a strong electric shock to whatever they get lodged in.* *Xicer doesn't wait to 'see' how Altec recovers. He leaps backward firing six more of the multiplying bullets.* (restricted) |
