| *The boy quickly stifles his sobbing. His eyes grow wide in surprise as this anamorphic being appears before him. He opens his mouth to say something, however his speech is interrupted by a piercing pain in his head. The boy lets out a piercing howl and clutches his temple. Rage. Anger. Hatred. Kill. Destroy. Eradicate. Not only the words, but the feelings behind each one swarm through his mind like a hurricane.
"GET BACK!!!" *He screams, his young vocal chords straining to function correctly.* "NOW!!!!" *The boy leaps high into the air from his perch. The tank beneath him completely buckles as if a giant stepped on the center. The young adolescent slowly glides to the ground, his body glowing the same color as the moon.* "Please. I beg of you...leave here while I can still control it. You...You'll die if you don't leave." |

| *The man's words catch the boy off guard. The aura surrounding him, subsides slightly.*
"M..my other half? You..You..You..." The boy's disbelief causes him to stutter. "You know what I am....? Who are you? Are you from the laboratory?" *The boy's emotions begin stirring within him. His aura bloats to double the size. His breathing begins to get heavier and his brow furrows with intensity.* "I....won't go back." He says in almost a whisper. *His energy wafts off of him like steam. His hand stretches forward, as if reaching for the mysterious man.* "I...." The tank begins floating behind him. "Won't...." The huge weapon rises high above him. "GOOOO!!!" The boy screams in rage and sends the tank lumbering at his opponent. |

| Ahhh. I was big on Jrock in High School.
I was really into: L'arc en Ciel Gackt (I count him as jrock) Dir en Grey Miyavi Gazette Alice Nine and all the other mainstream big name jrock groups. I've had the pleasure of seeing Dir en Grey live twice. They were amazing. Dir en grey has changed over the years. There newer stuff is ALOT harder. If you want more melody and complex instruments, I'd check there older stuff. |

| There's several other anime I've seen that just STOP and don't continue like the manga.
Examples: Get Backers Flame of Recca Hunter X Hunter Prince of Tennis E's otherwise Tenjou Tenge Spiral Those are the ones that just popped in my head. |

"I'm not that big of an otaku anymore. I've watched a lot of anime in my day. I've also read tons of manga. I've been out of the loop for awhile though. I haven't really watched any anime. I just catch an episode of Naruto or Bleach here and there. I just finished reading the rest of Flame of Recca and all of Battle Royale. The only manga I read on weekly is Prince of Tennis, Naruto, and Bleach. If Hunter X Hunter ever resumes from it's haitus, than I'll get back to reading that too." *Shuyin takes a deep breahe* "That was a lot of talking....anywho. My favorite anime genre would have to be martial arts and action. I'm not fond of comedy's or shojo. I might read some shounen-ai like Gravitation every now and then." I've been going to college for 2 years, so I have way too many drunk stories. The college I went is known as 'Wastern' by all in Michigan. In fact here's a Rolling Stone quote: "Western Michigan University has never been on our list of Top Party Schools because everyone who parties there ends up forgetting what the fuck happened to them the night before." -Rolling Stone Magazine 2004 I got to CSUN in California now, so the atmosphere is a little more chill. | So...no one has made a thread about the biggest gaming expo of the year?
Mmk.... Assassin's Creed, Resident Evil 5, and NIGHTs are looking bonerrific. It's bitter sweet that Virtua Fighter 5 will be on the 360. It's convenient for me....but the reasons for getting a ps3 are becoming less and less. If MGS4 crossplatforms for xbox, then the PS3 is dunnnzo. I didn't see too many games that look interesting. I'm a littler weary on that Soul Calibur Legends.... |
