[color=limegreen]The scene...Classic. In all its glory, the roof of the shinra building of Neo-Junon. Of course it wasn't 'his" shinra building from such a long time ago. The skyline smitten with dabs of cirrus clouds high up in the air. And he waits for "Reno" to come to the roof, standing there paitent. Normally he wouldnt be patient, but over six thousand years of "life" forces you to learn to be it. The wind is just barely blowing...moving his long white hair back and forth in front of his face. Now a days he would normally be wearing sunglasses to hide his eyes, but for this...he had to see if this "Reno" was like Reno. His eyes with that soft blue-green mako glow, shimmering even in the daylight. His battle gear hidden by a long grey blue trench coat, with matching gloves over his hands. His sword...The "Judgement Day" hovers just a centimeter from the middle of his back, as if a holster was holding it there, but none such holster was there. The handle to the massive great sword could easly be reached by either hand moving over his right shoulder to grab it. The blade moving at an angle downwards was translucent looking as if glass. On the blade itself were engravings of angel wings, some white...some black. He waits...wondering when "Reno" would find the note on his desk..asking for him to come to the roof. Signed.."Elyk, General of SOLDIER". Now...this Shinra did not have a SOLDIER program anymore....would this "Reno" know who he was...and why he was here? Only time will tell.... | (I know this is bad timing.....and in fact..very bad timing. But my grandmother is in the hostpital, and i have to run up there tonite..in fact right now to go up there before she has surgeory because there is a very good chance shes not gonna make it. I might be gone...3...4 days. If i can make it back...then its cool. But if not i guess oh well... Cause some things in life is jsut more important than rp))
Leon - Elyk X has been granted a one week post limit (thanks for the extension...Didnt ask for it, but cool none the less. BTW...grandma should.."should" be ok. Surgeons can do wonders i guess even with all her complications.) The very image of him...Strikes at him. The memorys flood his mind as he veiws this Reno standing before him now. His eyes fix to the mans face as he stares...almost ignoring Reno's words all toghether. But then Elyk Speaks the answers Reno asks. "My name and title were on that peice of paper I signed. I have come with an offer. Long dead has SOLDIER been in your company. Allow me to start it up again, as General." Elyk lets the words semi-sink into the moment. His body slightly turns moving his life side more forward. He turns his head to keep his eyes focused on that..."Familer" face that is burned into his memory forever. This man...was Reno...But was not Reno. Not the Reno he knew at least. As he looks on at him right before he speak the glow in his eyes fluxuates as if the memories bring about the emotions shown in his eyes. "There is just one thing... Have you ever heard of the name... "Cascade"? I want to know if you are similar enough to him....Or just some alternate version who doesnt deserve the name." | Elyk's eyes peered at the man before him even feircer now. As if something the man was doing was "erking" him. He laughs to himself and then speaks out again to get his point across.
"No, I never took one. The rampant waste of mako energy is a bad thing. I'm not agaisnt using it, but for better purposes." His eyes close, but he keeps talking. His mind already preparing for a potential fight. After all he didn't just come here to for a "job". But to "test"...as well. "Look You know about 'That' place as you refer to call it. I'll level with you. My purpose is my own, But I can tell you that my 'purpose' will not be going agaisnt your pretty little "shinra". I have the time to help, and it fits along with my 'purposes' if you know what I mean. As long as these worlds are in enough havoc...or Shinra control, my purposes of buying 'time' for 'someone' is being acomplished." Then the next saga picks up where the elderidge crashes and whatnot. Simple eh? Either way, It cant be tied into Xenogears directly, but this indirect route is being taken. Also on more sad news...there most likely wont be any XS games anymore due to the main creators splitting from the project and declining sales. Which..is ok by me, cause honestly i think the XS games actually are a slap in the face of Xenogears which is superior in story and character development. |

| lol...well im also concerned as an observer about "sorcha". Obviously she is better than that benja guy. Yeah he edited his response, but i doubt he told her about it, as this site doesnt exactly notify with anything when something is edited. Sure leon then posted, but said just one day she would be DQ'ed when most likely seeing leons post is the first chance she would have to see it. I think it should at least be a fully 3 days after leons post.
Cause..if benja makes it to the next round after all the stuff he has done?... I mean.. after having to edit his posts multiple times/complete lack of knowing what he is doing/ constantly breaking key RP rules... He should have been DQed long ago. |

| ...Ah...it seems as though im the last one of the "invaders" still left in.
Hahaha...to be honest i havnt been involved in a tourny that has ever came to completion due to "conflicts" or boards shutting down. All i care about is fair judgeing, cause every place ive been to usually favors the particpants that have been there the longest.. Any "outsiders" are usually ruled agaisnt i have noticed. Not downing you guys...im just saying its that way everywhere. But im just here to have a bit of fun while my retireing fight is on hold for a bit. Maybe an old dog can show some new tricks? o.0!!!! |

| Its not how many wins you have, nor...who you have beaten.
Its putting on the best fight damn possible.. one you are proud of...and the other person doing their best to. Its not if you win...how many wins..who you beaten or who you can beat. Its who has the greatest fight...and if the match was a great match. Cause in the long run..its not who won that is important.. Its people....and yoruself looking back at what you have done.. And saying to themselves.. "Damn..that was a great fight. I wish that someday I could have one as great as that." |

But im not just ff7 based... Its a hybrid of FF7/Xenogears meshed together with elements of my own work to make a world fully unique... >.< hehe... Ah im sure it will all work out. If there are questions id gladly answer if you never played them. |

| Elyk slowly walks out into the "Arena" very calmy and without hesitation. His long white hair moving back and forth with his sway, as does his long blue grey trenchcoat hiding his "armor" underneath. He moves his hands up and pops his knuckles, showing off the grey blue gloves on his hands to match his coat. Even with the absense of sunlight he wears his sunglasses...hiding the mako glow he emits from his eyes naturally, and as always the Judgement Day sword hovers right on his back as if it was in a holster but clearly it wasn't. The sword a "clear" glasslike metal in appearance with white and black angel wing engravings all over it. Legend lists the white angel wings are for every thousand angels the sword killed, and the black for every thousand demons. Elyk of course knows the real truth about this sword...its true origin..and its true power.
Usually avoiding such tournaments Elyk is here for a specific reason, That reason of course is to find fighters worthy of joining his army. With that said he laughs to himself as he takes in the "arenas" structure. And he thinks to himself. "Ah...never been one to run that much. Elyk watches Jade and smiles as she moves in her defensive stance. He makes note of her sword...a very unique peice indeed. He wondered if after the match she would let him study it for a few short moments. He moves his jaw down and back up multiple times before a loud pop is heard and a sigh of releif is heard coming from Elyk himself. The battle was on, and his opponet waited. WIth Elyks body a green glow emerged from around him...a green "aura" signifying the use of a magic materia. The materia in particular is the Barrier materia, but which spell will be cast? The answer comes quickly as the green aura dies down. "Wall..." The spell "Wall" is cast on Elyk himself. Wall simply puts up a semi defensive sheild around him that halves all Physical and magical damage done to him for a time. And with it cast...he wondered if his opponet would still keep standing there to give him more time to prepare. But he did not just stand perfectly right there after the spell was cast. No, Elyk starts to walk around Jade from the same distance they were. His upper body kept to face towards her. He moves his left hand up to remove his sunglasses, doing so he shows her his eyes...the eyes of mako glow. His soft glowing blue-green eyes stare towards her own unique colored ones. "Hello, It is aparent that I know relitivly nothing about you...except for your atire...your sword...and your eyes. But just from that, one could guess you are more of a dark person. And i say that with the most respect as i know both dark..and light. But tell me...do you consider yourself an 'evil' person...or just one that can use the dark to your advantage?" |

| on a new note....why would you enclose an arena with two very deadly fighters...AROUND THE CROWD TO?!
lmao...honestly Crowd should get monitors or something, cause the whole point of the enclosement is so the two fighters can go at eachother with everything and not have a bunch of room to move...is it not? I mean...im all for the mass genocide of all those watching... Not like i havnt done it before, and it can be kinda fun. But.. If someone pulls off somehting that effects the inside of the dome, i mean...shit i can see someone putting something like that and not even thinking about this "character" that is supposed so important but has no real basis to the real fight, and suddenly.. "OMGZ! yourz arze is DQUED!" |

| Elyks reaction to black energy was somewhat strange. He fully stops his movement and lets it hit him. As it hits him his sword hovering on his back glows a very faint dark hue as the very energy absorbs into Elyk literally healing him. Of course since Elyk was already at full health it did not help him that much. A smirk went across his face as his right hand moves up over his shoulder and grips the handle of his sword Judgement Day. He moves it from its hovering position and holds it in front of him with the blade vertical and in front of him.
"That was a very good ability Jade. One that is quite usefull....That is if I did not absorb such things. I am the Judgement of both light and dark...holy and Evil. This sword is the very embodyment to that, and it is bonded to me through the soul. True, it is that evil and darkness are not the same thing, but Evil is just a perception. You are very unique though Show me what you have...and if you continue to impress me with your Uniqueness..then i shall show you the universe. But, since this is a tournament it guess it is my 'turn'?" The sword begins to shine in a white aura as Elyks own eyes flash just once in their green glow. The Judgement day almost hums with the energy in it. Suddenly Elyk slashes horizontal in the direction of Jade, in the slash an Ether Holy Slash is sent towards her. Elyk did not know if Jade knew about "Ether", but needless to say if he to explain he would after all....he is starting to think of this unique girl as almost a student not knowing of the worlds out there, the "possiblities". Even so...the attack was sent flying across the arena towards her midsection. (ooc:ah..ether from xenogears is a bit different from magic. Ether is produced by the Zohar modifier, which instead of summoning...or using natural energys to produce "magic" it literally keeps running the same event over and over again until the desired reaction occurs. If you want i can give you a link to "perfect works" which is the xenogears "bible" that lists all the technical aspects on how it works.) |

| Even with Jade's amazing speed, there was still enough time for Elyk to have his sword in a defensive position from his attack and her reaction. Her swing is a downward diagonal slash from her right, that meaning Elyks left, and he meets it with his own swords blade. The sound of the swords clashing is a very definate sound, but as they connect Elyks sword glows white again. Elyks legs push himself back...almost in a backwards leap, As he moves back his body turns just barely horizontal, and just as their swords leave contact he swings it again sending out another holy slash attack but with the akward angle only between a half of it to a forth would be able to connect if it hit. The slash is just as quick as before...but this time he almost point blank range sending the slash out just an inch or two away from her swords blade.
As elyk moves thorugh the air his right hand takes over holding Judgement day. His back hits the arena ground, and quickly his time tested and vetern reflexes sends him into a backwards roll to his feet. Once to his feet his back is right agaisnt the edge of the fighting area of the arena..and only the crowd area is left for room behind him. Even now Elyk smirks to himself as he moves his sword back in front with both hands on it once more. "There used to be a speach i would give when i first discovered how to do this...I think I shall say it again for old times sake... On the day of Judgement there are but only Two things." Elyks sword glows brightly now, but not just in its normal white...but a mix of hued dark. His hands pull apart and as they do it seems that two identical copies of Judgement Day are in each hand. "Hope.." He shows the sword in his left hand. It is a complete copy of Judgement day expect it has no black angel wings engraved on it...only white and glows a faint white around the blade. Once shown he moves the sword "hope" more towards the ground so the tip barely touches the ground in front of it. "And Death..." This time he holds up the sword in his right hand. Just like before it is the same, except there is no white angel wings...only black and it glows with a faint darkness on its blade. He positions the blade upon his right shoulder resting it there. "Jade...honestly now. Whats a pretty little thing like you doing fighting in this anyway?" Elyks eyes can't hide his intentions this time. He always had a bit of trouble doing that with "women"... But needless to say he is trying to provoke..and throw Jade off her game. For all he knows she could be from some "amazon" thing where his words are so condensending she would attack in rage and make a mistake... |
