I'm working on the pseudo-script adaptation of The Demon. This only the first scene, split in two parts, with the second part partially completed.

( ... ) contain actor directions and actions.
[ ... ] contain camera placements and instructions
(V.O.) means voice-over.

Demon Script

It's still in progress. It's much more difficult for me to write a script than it is for me to just write a novel. There's so much more involved.

Bring Your Own Big Wheel (BYOBW) is an annual Big Wheel race down Lombard Street, San Francisco’s famous crooked street. Now in its 6th year, BYOBW takes place this Easter Sunday, April 16th. Here’s a video by CTP and some photos by robot138.com of previous races.

BYOBW

Yeah, I think we'll make the trip next year and take the drive down in Big Wheels. I would so love to do that again...last time I rode a big wheel, I think I was 8.

Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearm agents, on campus Tuesday for Project Safe Neighborhoods training, detained a “suspicious individual” near the Georgia Center, University Police Chief Jimmy Williamson said.

Jeremiah Ransom, a sophomore from Macon, was leaving a Wesley Foundation pirate vs. ninja event when he was detained.

I totally want to do this, though. Race down crookedest street in SF, or try to organize something down our steep Hill St. in Signal Hill/Long Beach area over here. That would be awesome. Of course, we'd probably have an easier time doing it down here since Hill St. is mostly unoccupied for a large portion of the day.

For you LJ users out there, you might want to read this:

Tesser Activity

Apparently, there is a hacker relay bot that uses AIM on the loose. It takes your AIM name and another AIM user and links the two, each starting with the phrase, "I say, old bean, have you seen my hat?"

The above link explains how it works, and just be aware that if you receive this message from a screenname you don't know, don't respond. Just block the user.

I've always been a writer. I really could not tell you where my inspiration for a lot of them come from, but when it hits, I write.

I've been known for writing cliffhanger stories, meaning, I start them with no intention of finishing them. Hook the reader, get to the good part, and stop. That's it.

Then, I have writing exercises, like "Car Wash" and "Introspective" where I try to create entire stories in as little words as possible, but still get across what I'm trying to convey.

The biggest projects I'm working on is the "Paradox Island Series", and have been working on that since about mid-tenth grade. It's evolved a lot in the past few years, but I'm hoping to finish it sometime before 2010.

"The Demon" currently fills my thoughts, mostly because I want to adapt that one for live-action film. Or, anime. Whichever is easier and cheaper, and whichever will look better.

But, as far as inspiration? I don't have it. I'm a natural-born writer. It's in my memoirs, also started on this site, and I just write because I'm not drawing. Or because I'm bored. Or because I've "snapped" and it's better than doing something that could land me in jail.

I got IMed by the creator of the bot. A little miffed that I threatened to turn him in to the authorities. And he just kept bothering me. Wanted me to prove myself to him. After a while, I just stopped answering him, and he went away.

I'm not an idiot, folks. And, it is totally possible for someone to go legitimate. Didn't believe that I was DHS or anything else. But, I'm not here to prove anything to anyone. I have chosen my path in life, and being a hacker just isn't part of that anymore. Regardless of the fact that I may or may not be tracked anymore, I don't plan on doing anything remotely largely illegal any time soon. Or, ever.

But, it is a relay bot, so I'm not too familiar with the chat network, but it could prove to be a loophole somewhere. I'd say keep the antivirus and firewalls up, and if you have it, enable friends-only convos. And, if you're lucky, maybe the creator will bother you too because he's bored and likes to call people nutcases.

Well, I am a nutcase. I admit to it. But, I have a nice job with EA Games, I am attending school to get my degree and certificate, I write stories, and I just live my life. Don't need some idiot going around the net calling me a fraud. But, if he does, I don't care.

I have forgotten so much, become so rusty, that I don't even try anymore. If you piss me off, that's it. Nothing more. I can't/won't do anything anymore. I'm too much of an adult to try anything anymore. I like my limited freedom. I like my life.

Anyway, back on topic. It's pretty harmless, a little ingenious, but probably the work of some bitter paramilitary sixteen year old with a frustrated hard-on because he can't get laid.
