*Andraele leans against the side of the van, the strain of what has happened catching up to him as the adrinaline begins to wear off. His face is slightly pale. His voice is strained.*

Breeze, lets get as far from here as possible. Lexa hold the illusion as long as you can. I think I might be taking a nap...

*His voice trails off as he slumps over on his side, passed out.*

Personally, I think that celebrating Sept. 11th is a load of bull. It was a day like any other... until a bunch of really fucked up shit happened... days like that happen on a regular basis around the world... if we celebrated every one, we wouldn't have time for anything else. We don't need someone telling us that we need to remember it each year for the rest of American History. Yes a lot of people died, but a lot of people have died in Iraq and Afghanistan... you don't see a "Anti-terrorist action memorial day" or anything like that (that I know of anyway), a lot of people died in Pearl Harbor, a lot of People died in Katrina, and Pearl Harbor has a memorial site, but you don't see stuff trying to make you remember it. Sept. 11th is something that will be burned into the memories of everyone who was alive when it happened. I remember walking down the stairs and turning the corner to see my mom and sister watching the news, asking what they were watching when the second plane hit the trade center. I don't need someone telling me that I need to remember that... I couldn't if I wanted to.

*Darren's eyes fix on the drinks, his mind considering what Bobdoe said. Why would he say that they are both the same? There is no need to state that unless he was trying to gain or trust.... or maybe warn us of something?*

I find it hard to believe that the crew could have stolen six of the governments most heavily guarded weapons without the proper clearances, and have no one notice until the plane was in the air... It doesn't say cooincidence, it says "Coverup" in really nice big red letters...

...Yep, this about confirms it.... newscasters are trying too hard to find a good story... and failing miserably... guess the "War on Terror" finally got boring... I don't even hear the body count that often anymore... then again I stopped watching the news about 7 months ago... but I do see a little bit here and there every now and then.... most stories are pretty much useless as far what information they give on events in the world... Also, I didn't even realise the internet was around in '82 as anything more than a military communications network.

Honestly, it is a joke. Once it is said, it becomes public property and he has no right to sue anyone for using it. This guy is looking to get rich quick, and used the case with the guy who sued for $65 million over a pair of pants as his reasoning as to why this is a good case. This guy is going to try to bullshit his way through this case, and will likely win with the fucked up way these kinds of trials tend to go, I would love to see him lose this though.

OOC: For the sake of the actual Role-playing part of this, Amudaus has given me authorization to play the part of the president for the time being.

Let us drink to the greater bonds that the trade agreements we make today will create between our two fine nations, in the hope that future generations will be as wise as we are, and will learn that diplomacy is the true path.

Kurt awakens to find himself in a hospital bed, his shoulder heavily bandaged. The sound of the hospital equipment is the only thing he can hear, except for the sounds of gunshots echoing in his mind. His father walked through the door, a grim expression on his face, burn scars on the left side from his days as a firefighter.

Unfortunately it is not a joke. I have a no tolerence policy regarding bullshit lawsuits like this... I think that he owes Stephen Colbert $65 million for having to go through this bullshit, and should be banned from placing another suit for the next 50 years or so.... If the justice system started cracking down on these fucking idiots with their bullshit lawsuits, it would save the government a lot of time and money in dealing with them.

You get some mad scientist to make you a shrink ray, fly to Africa and hunt down an elephant, use the shrink ray to make it the size of a rat, stick it in a fishtank, fly back to America, and stick it in your refridgerator.

I feel that our transports can dock with your ports, they will just need a few minor modifications... and one cannot forget the appropriate entry signals and paths. Our transports are faster, and would make it more cost effective for the consumers of goods on both sides. Wouldn't you agree?

I fail to see how this has any relevence.... we all know that most people on this board do the same thing. There are threads in here I have never read because of who posted them, and those I have read because the title sounded "interesting" then I found it was kind of pointless...

A thousand suns barely begins to describe its power. With a single bomb we could wipe entire nations from the face of our planet. I can only imagine what might happen if we were forced to turn these weapons on you.

I like number 5. Star Trek is ok, but as far as #4 goes, that only holds true if Gomez was wearing red... he is safe if wearing something else, so that question can't be answered on the basis of not enough information (only valid in the original, which if he is running around with Kirk, Spock, and McCoy, its a good guess that is where he is).

I prefer Star Wars and Firefly to Star Trek though.

Sure, if we have to, though I don't think either of us would want this. Now, back to the codes for the transport approaches. What are they?
