"Aptly named, Silvertongue," Ken said as he put away his dagger. He removed the sheath from his underneath his pants legs to his waist for easier access. He looked around him, seeing nothing but the shifting sands, blowing in the soft wind.
"So, now that we know your identity as a lying bastard who leads trespassers into their doom, I'd like to expect you'll treat us with some respect. Can you show us the real way out?"
Ken had no respect for this Kamu, especially because his presence compromised the safety he wanted to keep these innocent people under. They might not trust him as much as they once had, especially after seeing that Red Eye had some control over his facilities, but he still kept himself to the vow he would protect these people.
"You prove yourself, Silvertongue, prove your loyalty, and then I might return the trust I had given you once before."

Suddenly, Ken felt something odd in the air. Something from the east, the direction the Kamu city lie.

"Vincent, I have not trusted these lands since we entered, but now more than ever do I feel unsafe. We should make haste."

And actually, the Dragonball Z fighting games lately are pretty good, at least in my opinion.

I got sick of Tekken when Tekken 3 came out.

Frankly, I think it's good that they're going to try and possibly reinterpret the Joker. I feel this series took Batman and made it something different, a different interpretation on the whole Gotham universe.

If he doesn't play a good Joker, whatever, at least they're trying to make something new instead of just making the same thing over and over again. I'm excited to see how Heath takes the Joker.

Kyle? I can quite say I've never wanted to kill someone. I might have wanted to punch tons of people in the face, but I've never wanted to kill someone.

And Kyle? How does this killing ensure life? It's a mindless, heartless, and undefendable assault on people.

If one life was innocent, then what he did was wrong.

And I wouldn't kill Hitler if I had the chance, either. Check TP's post for a great explanation.

Personally, I'm tired of this extreme influx of controversy on the role of being "tolerant". This era of political correctness is annoying, no can really say what they want anymore. There are cases of people being sued because they said something because they said something, and the First Amendment on the bill of rights kind of says we have freedom of speech.

I don't know, I think it's funny how people get offended about ignorant people, but at the same time, they're ignorant to the education they have and just automatically get defensive.

I believe we're on the path to create an unequal society, instead of making an actual equal society.

I mean, why do we have African-American specific colleges and charities? Isn't that racist by favoring one race instead of another? Isn't the fact that minorities get higher points on the SAT (not sure if this is true, don't yell at me if it isn't) unfair as well?

I don't know, if you agree with me, great, if not, oh well.

I hate fanboys sometimes, jeez.

I was looking on the forum Chrono Compendium, because, as most people know, Chrono Cross is probably my favorite game of all time.

And no one was talking about it. Except for a thread bashing it by the creator.

It's not that I don't like Chrono Trigger. I loved it. BUT, I love Chrono Cross dearly, and I'm tired of it getting shit because Toriyama didn't design the characters and because it didn't directly involve the original characters.

Why do people always do this with these kinds of games? Why do people get so angry about things because they're not just a direct sequel. They always complain and bitch if it's not EXACTLY what they wanted.

Ugh, I dunno. I created this thread to see everyone's reaction on that, and to see if it's happened to you. Don't you just hate it when the fans ruin and try to control games? If you're a fan of a game, wouldn't it make more sense to see what the creators really wanted to see happen with it?

I just don't know. :/

The paramedics had come and gone, taking both the young college boy and the old man. Ashton had been questioned about the incident and he attempted to provide as much information as possible, which he hoped wouldn't be a detriment to either of those guys. Then, he tried to go through and collect the guys' personal things from the cars and pile them into a box he had in his car.

Before the tow trucks came, he'd gotten it all into his car. He drove up to the hospital the paramedics had taken them, and dropped the box off at the administrative desk, giving them instructions to give them their belongings on the way out.

On Ashton's drive back, he felt shaken. After taking care of everything, he came to the realization he had almost just died. All of today's events had hit him like a ton of bricks.

He realized his life didn't really have a purpose. He'd been wasting his time, accomplishing none of his dreams. If he had died then, he would have thrown away all the years his mother had raised him, despite his never having a father, his throwing everything away to try and make it big...

Ashton had a knack for the guitar. But he was still an amateur. He had tons of ideas in his head, but he didn't really know how to bring them into form.

He needed a drink. So, he parked at the sight of the first bar he could find, and walked in. Hmm, he liked the feel of this Green Dragon.

Clash was confused. Apparently his dimension hopping had gotten him into trouble again. He was in the gateway between and Heaven and Hell, and he wasn't alone.

"Hey, who are you?!"

Clash drew his long sword, afraid of an attack. He was confused and disoriented, to be sure.

That is True, but only if the regulations say you are not allowed to be symbolic in any way will this not be allowed.


It may be a right, but you are free to worship any religion, not express it. There are certain areas where you are free to do so, like Smoking, there are areas where you can do that in public.

I just watched the first two episodes of Heroes. I'm hooked. So, I've head a lot of good about the series, and I'm going to try and watch a crapload of episodes tommorow?

When does it air on NBC?
