| Dalits jumped on Jack's back with a kiddish giggle.
"Can we spar?" Aldis rolled her eyes when he asked the question, she pulled him off of Jack's back. "Dalit...why don't you go in the play room for a bit? I need to talk to Bane...he'll be in, in just a few moments." Dalit gave her a look of disappointment. "Awh...but Aldis!!" "Go, he'll be in there in no time! I promise." She bent down and kissed Dalit's forehead. He nodded and took off for the playroom, laughing wildly. "Strange...I've never heard him ask to spar with anyone before. I suppose there is a first time for everything Ja-Bane..." Aldis corrected herself quickly. "Bane...it amazes me as well that Dalit has taken to you so fast. He's often leary of meeting people for the first time...then again...he is only five. If you'll follow me?" She lead the way to the playroom where Dalit was swinging wildly from limb to limb off of trees. His laughter filled the air, and Aldis's eyes were soft...until she remembered she had to meet the commander. "If you will excuse me, Curret wanted me to meet him in his office. Please, make yourself at home." She began to leave the playroom, but waited for any response from Jack. |

| Asuka only laughed at Kara as she walked off with Kyle. She then turned, looking at the others.
"We stand more of a chance of getting our heads bitten off in the day time. They have horrible night vision, but as I said before their hearing and smell are keen. Anyway, I'm tired of repeating myself. Taro, you sit in the back and don't use your guns unless you have to. Seriously, you don't want them to hear us anymore than they have been..." She remembered the earlier question, about what was keeping the zombies for swarming them now. "Unfortunately, the only thing I can think of that's keeping them off of us is either A. they've found another victim or B. They haven't completely taken over this secter." She shrugged the bag onto her shoulder. "And by the look of things, I'd say its A. If we don't get our asses out soon, they'll be crawling all over us...you can bet your ass on that." She cleared her throat and moved out of the church, it was beginning to become night fall. "Lets go!" |

Dalit grinned. "YEAH! ALRIGHT!" He cheered happily, then suddenly became serious. With very little concentration he picked up a rock and flung it at him, then followed behind the rock to hit Jack in the head. Aldis walked down the hallway, a solemn look on her face. She turned the corner and bumped into someone. She took a few steps back, then looked up to see Curret smirking at her. "I rather liked that kiss earlier." He said as he pushed her back onto the wall. Aldis closed her eyes and calmly took a breath, then replied. "Sir...please be professional, what if Bane were to come around the corner and see us like this? He would be likely to think that this base is nothing more than a whore house." Curret did not enjoy Aldis's new attitude, especially since she was right. "Fine." He roughly pulled her into his office and shoved her into a chair. "I told you you'd be gettin' punishment, didn't I?" Curret's greasy grin made Aldis's stomach turn. She stood and punched him in the face. Something inside of her was turning, becoming different. It was as if she had become a completely new person after incountering Morrighan. "I'd kindly appreciate it if you from now on...kept your hands off of me." | Tanya looked at the note with a rather surprised look, then narrowed her eyes wtih a devious look as she wrote:
Wow...did you kick the guys ass? I would've... When she finished giving Crystle the note, a boy behind her tapped her on the back and raised his hand. "Yes...Mr. Edenfield??" "This girl is passing notes! It's rather annoying and distracting. I'm having trouble taking notes on the Plague with these two rambling back and forth." Tanya gave a sigh, usually she wasn't someone to stand up in the middle of class and yell, but this guy had been annoying for a rather long amount of time. "LOOK KID! If we're annoying you, get over it! What are we, in high school?! The only distracting thing is you, we weren't doing anything, and we have all of our notes taken down." The professor didn't seem at all pleased with Tanya's out burst, and cleared his throat. "Ms. DeLotch, sit. Mr. Edenfeild, get out of my class until you can pay attention to me and not what someone else is writting. Ms. DeLotch, Crystle...see me after class." Tanya sat, then gave Crystle her, "Oh god...sorry" look. |

| Aldis gave a surprised look, then calmed herself.
"Down the hall and to the left. It'll be the first door on the right. I'll come with you, I'm guessing you put him to sleep? Good job, I didn't think he could be so easily over powered." Curret walked out of his office and saw Bane talking to Aldis. Assuming that he was moving in on his property, he walked over and put his hand around Aldis's waist. "Aldis, why don't you just go and put him to bed hmm...? I need to speak with Bane, alone. After all, I still have to get his statistics in from HQ." Aldis, for some reason, went back to her regular self. She merely nooded and took Dalit from Jack. She walked down the hallway and into Dalit's room, putting him down on his bed. Tears fell from her eyes as she pulled the covers over him. "Anyway, Bane, I heard that you over powered Dalit? I'm surprised, come with me and you'll see why." He lead Jack into a laboratory where several scientists seemed to be busy at work. "We created a drug here. X-99-4-P, if you've heard of it. It substantially boosts Dalit's powers...if you would like, we can set you up with a few pills to see how you like it." He didn't mention to Jack about how the drug also kept Dalit under their control, but figured it wasn't something important. |

BIC: Ariya reached the base, running into Anderson as she did. She got up, rubbing her head. "Ow...watch where yer goin' ya numb skull!" She said before she could look up and see it was Kevin. She sat, staring at him with her mouth open, for some ungodly reason even she didn't know. "Oh...um...yes! I just remembered, can you go get Lina for me?? Thanks, send her to my office when you can!!" With that she rushed off to her office and sat down, panting. She looked at the note Dresko had left her, and smiled. | Curret gave a demonic grin.
"Dalit is substantially powerful and unreasonable on his own, but with his medication, he's even worse. He goes with you...you'll realize that he is no small fry once you see what he can do." He turned on his heel and left the laboratory. "In fact, we'll be using you to see how well you work compared to him." The door closed behind him before Jack could respond. It didn't matter anyway, Curret was always right...no matter what. |

| Aldis gave her brother a startled look, then remembered the medication. She looked down to the ground and sighed.
"We can't get out of here without using his medication first. The medication will make him completely under the control of Curret...so if you don't have a plan for that, then there's no way we can get out without Curret knowing something's up." She stroked back Dalit's hair and he grumbled something that sounded like "Erm...stupid Bane" a smile pressed against her lips. Curret gave his usual sinister look after Jack had left his office. If his stats are above Dalit's, then we'll just fix the medication. This is perfect, everything is going according to plan. |

| Asuka looked at the gun, a little stunned by the gesture. How did he know...? A few minutes before she had reached the growing group of people, her gun had slipped from its holster, leaving her gunless. She slipped the gun into the empty holster, not dwelling long on the thought. With a hand motion, she stopped the group. Her ears listened intently for the groans and moans of the zombies. None came to her, so there weren't any moving at the moment.
"We have to move quickly. We get to the Wal-Mart, get what we can, then move out ASAP. Only grab the essentials." She was still deciding on whether or not they should take the humvee. It could carry more supplies, but then she made the final desicion out loud. Though it sounded like she was talking to the other's, it was really herself she was speaking to. Her voice was low, whispering the words. "We can't take the humvee, though the supplies would be easier to carry, they'll still slow us down. So, the final disicion, only grab what you can and do not slow down the group. We won't leave anyone behind, but we can't waste time." As she was speaking she'd missed the groan of a group of zombies. Eighteen zombies busted through the doors and walls. She gasped and unsheathed her sword. "Whatever you do, don't make a lot of noise! If other's here us we'll be trapped here fighting zombies until daylight!" She rushed forward and sliced her sword through the heart of two of the zombies, then turned to see one behind her. Its head came down, attempting to bite her, but she moved to the side and turned, cutting its head off. As the head fell to the ground, she jumped over the masses and cut her way through from behind, another 5 zombies fell. When she landed, she realized that she was surrounded by 4 other zombies. Her eyes darted back and forth, panicing for a way out. She waited, hoping that one of the others would come to her aid. |

| Tanya looked over at her with a gleeful look.
"I say we hit some place up, for food. I'm starving. I didn't eat any of my food I ordered earlier, I was to busy stalking you to say I'm sorry for what happened this morning." She threw her hands carelessly behind her head, holding her books in the nap-sack behind her head. "Oh wait! I have a better idea. We could go back to someone's house, I have new recipe I'd like you to try out for me." Crystle had been Tanya's taste-tester for recipes since the beginnings of highschool. Tanya wanted badly to grow up and become a chef, so while she was going to the university she was also doubling as an assistant chef at nearby resturaunt. The other reason Tanya had wanted Crystle's company today, was that it had been nearly a week since the two had actually "hung out". "Oh, I get my pay check tomorrow. I forgot to mention that, so I'll pay you back for the rest of it then, kay?" Her pay check usually came in around 500 dollars a week, and most of that usually went to groceries and bills. When that was all taken care of she usually still had about 300 to 400 dollars left, depending on what bills were due. Luckily, she had no due bills, so she'd have to full amount. |

| Ariya smiled as Jobes contacted her. It was her usual smile, a plain and simple one.
"Nah, he isn't back yet. I ran into Anderson though, oh, and I recieved confirmation that Johnson has been taken care of." She hung up the phone, only because of what the soldier had said over the speaker at her desk. For a moment, she lingered on what she should do, then decided. "Let her have it, it might solve some of those thoughts rumbling around in her mind. I'll go to her quarters later and talk with her. Don't worry about it. I'm sorry I didn't light my candle...there were a few things that were on my mind." |

| The panicing eyes of a cornered animal looked around the area, searching for him. When he came up behind her, she had no reaction time, and thus was given a direct hit. She fell to the ground with a groan.
Blood covered her body. She rolled over and looked at Jexim, holding up her hand for him to help her up. "You win. I can't defeat someone who can summon stars and duck into the shadows. It was a learning expiriences, maybe we can do this again." |

| *Shrugs* Hey, if the NASA people can make a planet suitable for life, more power to em'.
However, if you think of it, humanity just likes to over-exagerate things a little. Like for instance, people believed that the newer stealth planes we have now were UFOs that were called, "The Phenix Lights". So, I think that if you believe there's something out there, there might just be...but I doubt that the Bible has any stated proof about it. Why? Well, if we're the "chosen race" why the hell would he make one that is supposed to be damned or something?? (someone else stated this) I do agree that the universe just seems WAY to big for us to be alone. Why would a creator of the universe create a universe...and then leave us here by ourselves?? That doesn't make much sense to me. However, there is one thing I'd like to state that my grandmother told me when I was younger that the word "alien" came from people that came from other countries. It never originally meant "off of this world" we turned it into that meaning. So yeah, just things to think about (if that makes any sense to anyone else). |

| Ariya picked up her phone, and heard her orders. She began in her gentle voice,
"Jobes...let her have it for a little while. I'll go to her quarters and get it back personally, and then deliver your report. Please...just let her read it. She hasn't heard anything about Wolf in only god knows how long." Her eyes closed as she waited for his response. Catrin screetched as bullets were sent at her. She ducked behind a wall, then looked up, only to have more bullets sent at her head. With a gasp, she ducked back down. Her hand reached into her jacket as she removed a grenade. With shakey hands she removed the clip and sent it at the soldiers behind her. It blew, and she ran, hoping the smoke would cover her for just a bit longer. All she had to do was make it to the forest. "FUCK! Cy! Get your ass out of there asap! They're going to blow the damn thing up in no time. These idiots don't care what happens to their own people!!" |

"Uhm...hi." Was the only thing she could say as she walked in. The first thing she'd noticed was Jobes, then the second was that Lina was already in her office. "T-Tom...you'll have to give me a few moments before w-we can talk about earlier today." Why must I stutter?? She asked as a sigh flowed out of her mouth. "Lina is here for an ID upgrade. Her matters fall earlier than personal matters, like I said, I'll talk to you about it later." I hate having to sound so mean... she thought to herself, but knew that this was a professional atmosphere. |
