| First match! Oh em gee! Alright, the debut of the tournament starts with a battle over winning your love between Raiden, and Pac-Man!
Raiden, God of Thunder. He is an old protector of Earthrealm. He fought the rogue Elder God Shinnok, who wished to rule it, in a battle that threatened Earthrealm itself. Raiden managed to stop Shinnok, and trap him in the Netherworld. A long time after, Shang Tsung invited him to the Mortal Kombat tournamet, where he met faces such as Liu Kang and Johhny Kage. With Raidens mentoring, Liu Kang eventually defeated Goro, the reigning champ, and later Shang Tsung. Raiden has for long defended Earthrealm from threat. There is also Pac-Man, who made his debut many years ago, and has become a known figure all over. Pac-Man, who eats fruits and and turns tables on Ghosts has invaded arcades everywhere. The little yellow ball has come out with more games, and is one of the icons most generally associated with videogames (old ones, anyway). So you choose your favorite! Right...now! Cairoi, enjoy your battles.

| The other first match! Hurray!
The contestants are as follows: Samus Aran. Bounty Hunter. She wears an extensible body suit with a number of advanced technologies built into it, and was sent in as a last resort to stop the Space Pirates. She had defeated the Space Pirates and the Mother Brain in the original Metroid, stopping them from producing the Metroid. Since then, she has fought the Space Pirates again, and has become a popular figure of the Nintendo franchise. A chick that kicks total ass. Then there is the guy that has been only known as Doomguy. Or Joe Kickass if that is your thing.. He worked for the Union Aerospace Corporation (UAC), a military-industrial conglomerate that is performing secret experiments with teleportation between the moons of Mars. Suddenly, something goes wrong and creatures from Hell come out of the teleportation gates. The bases quickly get overrun by demons, and the moon Deimos vanishes entirely. A UAC team from Mars is sent to Phobos to investigate the incident, but soon radio contact is lost, and only one man is left alive. Joe Kickass, who must fight his way through. He did so, fighting the demons and making his way to hell, where he defeated the Spider Mastermind. |

Gordon Freeman: Facts known about Freeman include that he is 27 years old at the time of Half-Life, has no dependents, and is a graduate of MIT, having earned a Ph.D. in theoretical physics. Freeman harbored an early interest in theoretical physics, such as quantum mechanics and relativity. Applications of teleportation became Freeman's obsession, after seeing a series of teleportation experiments conducted in Austria. Later, He accepted a job at the Black Mesa Research Facility. Freeman and his team perform an experiment that goes horribly wrong, allowing alien lifeforms to enter the facility and begin killing any humans they can find. Freeman then tries to survive bieng hunted by aliens, and the clean-up crew. Alucard, or Adrian as his real name, is the son of Dracula. As the offspring of an unnatural bond between Dracula and a human woman named Lisa, Alucard had special powers, preordained to be stronger than any human but not as strong as Dracula himself. Alucard grew up under the influence of his father, whence he was taught in the black arts and made into a warrior. Before his mother's death, Adrian was by her side. Even though he was full of rage, she insisted that he not take that anger out on the humans. With those thoughts forever implanted into his being, his mind always wandered as he questioned his father's intentions. He eventually broke away from his father's army and disappeared. Understanding that Dracula was going to implore his wrath on the people, Adrian would turn his efforts towards destroying his father's army, hopefully encouraging him to reconsider. He also changed his name to "Alucard", which is "Dracula" in reverse, showing he went opposite of his father. |

| Here is the next one, d00ds.
Crono: Crono is the protagonist of Chrono Trigger and is one of the group of adventurers who travel across time to save the planet's future. Along the way he got many friends, and allies. He and his group travels via time gates and the flying time machine Epoch to seven different time periods: the Prehistoric era (65,000,000 B.C.), the Dark Ages (12,000 B.C.), the Middle Ages (A.D. 600), the Present time (A.D. 1000), the Apocalypse (A.D. 1999), the post-apocalyptic Future (A.D. 2300), and the very End of Time itself. In 12,000 B.C., when the party is confronted with the parasitic alien Lavos in the Ocean Palace of the Kingdom of Zeal, Crono sacrifices himself in order to save his friends. Later, using the Chrono Trigger (Time Egg), he is saved from this fate. Like many RPG heroes, he is the strong silent type. Crono humorously reminds me of a Dragonball charactor. Cloud: Cloud is known all over as the protagonist of the smash hit game FF7, as well for his big sword. During the first part of the game, Cloud states that he is a former member of the ruling regime Shin-Ra's private elite military known as "SOLDIER," and displays awesome skill and combat skills that supports his claim. Hired as a mercenary for the Shin-Ra resistance movement known as "AVALANCHE," Cloud later meets Aerith, who has a huge impact on his life. He continues the fight against Shin-Ra and loses three teammates in the process. The Shin-Ra president later gets killed by a SOLDIER legend, Sephiroth. He starts out as seemingly cold and unsocial, but you see lighter sides to him as he opens up more to Tifa, and even shows some comic relief when he is made to dress like a girl. As things continue, Cloud finds himself in a large, epic journey of 'wow' proportions. (Not much more, I'm on a clock here. I'm sure most of you know all his other crap. I'm mostly going with 'the beginning of the game' stuff, basically from Wikipedia, as I really need a time saver  ) |

Metal Gear RAY! RAY is different from the past Metal Gears since it is not a nuclear launch platform. This last third of power eventually became a being of its own, a succubus named Lilith. Morrigan is very vain, and lives for little more than the excitement of battle. She appears as a beautiful woman with long, light green hair, and bat-like wings on her back and on the sides of her head. Morrigan can reshape these wings into spikes and blades, when she wants to attack her foes. The wings can also serve as a sheild. She can also use magic. Either one of these two will probably kill you. |

Duke Nukem...Duke's personality in all his games since Duke Nukem 3D has been that of a super masculine, egotistical, machismo-filled womanizer,. His missions generally involve killing aliens that end up invading Earth to enslave its women. Who blames them. Duke Nukem's character is based off of a number of Hollywood-action heroes such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Campbell and Bruce Willis. Can't you tell? Duke Nukem is confident and aggressive. Although not technically superhuman, he still manages to achieve incredible physical feats of violence and conquest through sheer power and expert gun-handling of automatic weapons. Duke also seems to enjoy giving out one-liners as he slaughters his enemies. Fun. Zelos Wilder...The Chosen of Tethe'alla. Zelos is a ladies' man and flirts with every woman he meets, including Colette, Raine, Sheena and Presea. His good looks, and charm make him almost irrisistable with most women. Because of this, he is rather arrogant at times, and seems to think very highly of himself. He is also pretty rude to men. The only male he acts friendly with is Lloyd, whom he claims is his bud. Too bad for Lloyd, this was mentioned around Zelos' butler, and is now referred to as "Sir Bud" by him. In truth, he is unhappy and bitter about his role as the Chosen, especially the part where he is said to be the son of an angel and needs to become an angel. Both of his parents had lovers outside the marriage, and Zelos' mother was murdered by the woman with whom his father was having an affair. This has left Zelos unwilling to trust others. He wields magic swords and a shield, and can use elemental and healing magic. Hot. |
