| One day Nick boasted to his friend, Dave, that he had once driven an automobile from coast to coast in less then 24 hours. Naturally, Dave realizes that Nick has stretch the truth to the breaking point. Dave offers his boastful buddy five thousand dollars if Nick can duplicate his miraculous driving feat. Although it pained him greatly to do so, Dave conceded defeat as soon as Nick explained how it could be done. What was Nicks explanation?

| Endymion came into the clearing with Jedite chasing after him some ways off. As russling caught his attention from the right, ice crystals flew at him from the left. As Endymion narrowly avoided them, he heard the cry of his assailant as a whip pulled Zoisite out of the brush. Endymion looked up to see Nephlite tying off one of his whips as a boomerang charged straight for Endymion. Dodging the attack, Endymion eyed the boomerangs path as it sliced into the branch Nephlite was standing on causing him and Zoisite to fall. Jedite leapt out of a tree from behind Endymion and attacked him. With their swords locked, Kunzite saw his chance and flung another boomerang at his, now preoccupied target. As soon as the boomerang was in sight, Endymion disengaged Jedite, flipped over the boomerang causing it to pin Jedite to a nearby tree. Endymion then threw several roses in the vicinity of Kunzite trapping him in place. Seeing as how all four of his generals were now out of comission, he decided to end the training. "Alright, I think we're done for the day."
As the four young men walked up to the prince, a bright light filled the clearing. ____________________________________________________________ As the light faded the young man found himself lying on wet grass in the middle of a rainstorm. Shaking off the disorientation, he looked at his surroundings. "Where am I?" He began to explore his new surroundings and came across an empty playground. "I'm definitly not in the Earth Kingdom anymore." |

| Finally making his way out of the park, the young man came to a odd looking road with strips on the ground and hanging lights.
"Oh my god that's an awesome costume, do you work at the cosplay cafe?" a young girl oogled him. Unsure of what she meant he shook his head. "Wow I got to get a picture of you. Hold still." the girl back up a few feet and snapped about twenty pictures with in fifteen seconds. "Thank you so much, if by any chance you do go to the cafe, make sure you wear that costume." Nearly blind he walked toward a group of people waiting at the light. 'they seem to be from earth but they dress so ...' Just then a group of motorcycles came flying down the street. 'I was going to go with different but that really doesn't fit' the crowd started moving, so he followed suit. Looking over his shoulder a couple gave him an odd look. He turned away and looked at other people eyeing him.'I better find some clothes that are in this worlds fashion.' he thought as he walked into a department store. |

| Finally emerging from the department store, he had several bags in hand. 'hmmm, maybe I bought I little too much'
As he traveled down the street, he felt an odd yet familiar feeling drawing him to an apartment complex. Looking at his reflection in the elevator doors he saw a young boy with silver hair standing next to him. The young boy mouthed "Follow your heart, everything has been taken care of" Blinking in absolute confusion at the fact that he was alone in the elevator but had an extra reflection on the doors, the reflection was gone. "Follow my heart? everything has been taken care of?" he mumble to himself as he walked out the elevator and down the hall. Unsure of where exactly he was going, the young man stopped dead in his tracks as a icy chill ran through his body. As he stood in front of the apartment door tears began to form in his eyes. Compelled to, he opened the unlocked door and walked into the apartment. Upon entering the living room, a wave of emotions passed through him causing him pass out. |

| Kunzite woke up on the floor bewildered, slowly it all started coming back to him, the weird light, the strange girl, the loud thing that roar down the path. "I need to survey the area, hopefully this place isn't as odd during the day as it is at night." he said as he opened one of the bags.
As he slid on his new black jeans, he felt something in the pocket, he pulled out a set of keys. ' wonder what these go to' He walked over to the front door and inserted the key and turned it hearing it click. "Ok, i don't remember have a key to get in." 'Follow your heart, everything has been taken care of' "So that's what he meant. I should get some type of job if I really want to learn about this place and it's people." he said to himself as he headed for the door. |

| Walking down the street, Kunzite passed by the Crown Arcade and saw the help wanted sign. "why not" mumbling to himself as he walked in.
"how can I help you?" questioned a blond young man with a red apron on. "I saw your help wanted sign and wanted to know if the position was filled." "Not yet, I put it up last night. Here." Motoki handed Kunzite the application. Seeing as how his name most likely would not be normal for this world, he chose a psuedo-name, filling out the rest of the form was easy. As he handed the application back to Motoki he wondered around the arcade and watched as some teenagers where playing the latest edition of Dance Dance Revolution. "So Shin, when can you start?" Startled, Kunzite turned around to see Motoki over his shoulder. "As soon as possible." (OOC: I'm going to call him Shin from here on) Motoki gave Shin a tour of the arcade and the upstairs fruit parlor. "You'll be mostly helping me in the arcade, oh yeah, there are several loyal customers who show up everyday almost. One's a group of girls, another is a game crazy guy, he's the one you'll have to.....'help' out the door" Puzzled by Motoki's stressed help Shin puzzledly asked "Is he disabled in some way?" Motoki just laughed "No you see, he has a habit of showing up and not leaving until we are shutting the lights out" "Mooootoookiiiiiii, it ate my quarters" came a cry from the racing game "Give me a sec." he called "You'll be dealing with that sometimes, but you'll get use to it. Hang out here and assist anyone if they need help, I'll be back." Shin just nodded. ' well this might not be so bad, I get to see what people on this world my age do for fun' |

| Shin was lost in thought, thinking about Endymion and his whole situtation that he didn't hear Motoki call his name. He blinked being snapped back to reality saw that Motoki was standing next to him. "Shin, go ahead and go on lunch, you have an hour."
Finally making up stairs after being oogled by a couple of girls, talked about by a guy drooling over his silver hair, and gawked at by a couple, Shin made it to the fruit parlor. Motoki's sister saw the perturbed look on his face when she reached his table "Shin you ok?" "Yes, I'm fine, it's just some people were staring at me and practically fell down the stairs or walked in to a wall looking at me." She smiled, " I can understand why, you have this aura about you that's just so commanding, dashing and just well hot." "Oh" he said unsure of whether that was a good thing or not. "So what can I get you?" Realizing that he had no idea of what people of this world ate, he gave it some thought and made easy on himself. "Well what do you suggest, better yet suprise me." As she left he sighed "I hope I'm not going to regret this." Shin stared out the window looking at the people and cars passing by below as he began again the think about his situtation. Endymion would have loved the club sandwich.' After remembering the three people he thought about, Shin heaved a sad sigh. "Oh" he said looking at his watch "I better get back"
Shin headed for the stairs when a faintly familiar wave of energy fell over him, causing him to turn around and scan the room. 'Odd, I felt two peoples energy that felt very familiar, but it can't be.' He brushed the thought away and headed back downstairs to the arcade. |
