| Heroic: Term is used to describe a "Hard Mode" for raids and dungeons. Increased difficulty, favor on side of the boss you are encountering, and weakness is just the start with the group you are in.
So next week my guild has decided that we should be doing heroics to compete with the best in the world. Currently, there are only five guilds who have downed Deathwing (In the world) on heroic mode and it's no easy task. 2nd rate is downing at least 4 bosses and that's where we are currently. So next week we are strictly going to progress on heroic mode and quite frankly i'm excited. Badass mofo right here (Last edited by Bitmap on 02-22-12 02:46 AM) |

| So a week has passed and I decided not to quit my job. I know I am better than this and I have not changed my mind about finding a new one. But a surprising turn of events happened.
-He- came to work. And there was something that we both realized as soon as he came up and apologized. He was a Mason at a Prince Lodge. And the moment he shook my hand I knew right away who he was. I'll admit though. We both were a little in the wrong. But at least he came up and apologized. I did as well for sticking up for myself in a way I could have been better able to do. Without making the situation worse. One thing he did tell me was to not take shit from nobody. But at the same time. Keep being professional and don't let the job get to me. I kinda feel I have improved as a person when he told me that. Even after he admitted his wrong; I did as well. And I think we both respect each other a lot better and both of us improved. |

| Well all I know is that I will find another job that is well suited for my time. Sometimes I feel like i'm being held captive there because of my skill and they know that my talents rise elsewhere.
I will be going back to school this may and I may have to quit a few things when I do (Drinking and using E-cigs. I think it's almost that time) but the effort will be worth it. I know the OG knows that I am going to be looking for another job and thankfully people around here love adults in school. But I will say that my pay is nice. But the stress is NOT worth it. It just isn't |

To level with everyone in the community. It may come as a natural responce to whom this man is. And that's ok. So instead, I'll start by sharing this. Top 10 Most wanted criminals in the world As you can see. Joseph Kony is known to capture thousands and thousands of children, make them slaves for his army, and turning some of them into Sex slaves. Still don't know of him? He has been doing this for 20 years. And the simple fact is that no one cares. But this year, in 2012. The world is catching light to this. So how are we going to stop him? Simple. We make him famous! The more people know about Kony the better. This man has been doing the absolute worst crimes in human history and no one has cared until now. With little to none military support in Uganda, little awareness by the people of the world, and little to know knowledge of this. This needs to change. And Kony has to be stopped. Watch the video I linked above. Support the donation drive that is just a few dollars a month. And also keep an eye out for the simple instructions. This idea. This simple idea. Will not only put a stop to the world's most ignored and wanted criminal. But it will also keep kids safe and have no fear of being kidnapped. Xeogaming. Let's help out! Let's make Kony famous. | Yep, and I already pre-ordered the Collectors edition too. I was going to get this game for free using the dedication to WoW and all. But I like my games physical. Any game I really want I always get a physical copy; any game I -really- want I always go all out.
But speaking from someone who has already played it. It's fun. It really is. Even though I played just a little bit of it; it's going to be a remarkable experience for anyone who not only played Diablo 2, but newcomers as well. It's one of those games everyone has to pick up. It will be. Trust me. Blizzard did a good job with this one. |
