| Name: Matilda Abbott (Matty)
Appearance: At 5'1", Matty is slim, but slightly curvy with fair skin, dusted lightly with freckles across her pert nose. Her long dyed pink hair is typically held together in a messy braid with different brightly colored clips and barrettes holding back stray pieces from her eyes. Her dark brown eyes are usually surrounded by yesterday's make-up. Matty's normal garb consists of a white wife beater, and a plaid flannel over shirt, skinny jeans and a pair of scuffed up white combat boots. Aside from her boots, the staples of her outfit, no matter the occasion are an olive drab messenger bag slung over one shoulder, and a multitude of silver rings adorning her fingers and thumbs. | That's kind of amazing that you do so much traveling. I love traveling, I'm just terrible at saving money. I've traveled almost all over the States, there's still a few States I've left to visit, but I too really enjoy Europe. I've been to Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Holland and The UK, all in one lovely month.
For a while when I was about 12, I was considering learning Japanese and transferring to a school in Japan because my family has close friends that live Chiba. But I gave up on that because I didn't want to leave my friends. The same thing happened 3 years ago when I almost moved to Paris to work in a friend of my mother's bookstore, but I decided not to go because I didn't want to leave my boyfriend. Meh. I'll start traveling again. I think it's wonderful that you're so passionate about it. - H. |

| It's ridiculous, but most of the people in California who probably voted on Prop 19, only voted on that specific part of the ballot. None of them really cared about the other issues or what elected officials were better. They ignored the really important parts of voting and just check Yes on Prop 19 and turned in their ballots. I hate newly made adults who only care about not getting fined for lighting up. Ugh! | |||

Clint got what he deserved, no one who has such disregard for human life should be on a School Board, much less procreating. I hope he turns out to be gay. It'll do him some good to feel in the minority. |

| Just watched When In Rome, mostly because I'm sickly, not feeling well, and needed a romantic comedy to make me feel better, not because I had a particular interest in seeing it. It was okay. Funny in all the right places, and not really all that sad actually. Jon Heder was ridiculously funny in it.
Now I need to find another sick day movie. Or I could work on my NaNoWriMo... |

| I haven't read the graphic novels, but a lot of my friends have, and they pretty much love how relatively true to it the show is so far, with a few of the embellishments, which personally, I don't think embellishments are necessarily bad. I have yet to finish watching the episode.
When I watched it with FX we stopped at the hour mark, for whatever reason, and we haven't gotten around to finishing it yet. I loved it so far. I definitely need to check out the graphic novel though. And quick. |

| Re-reading the Kiesha'ra series by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes (I'm on book two, Snakecharm), as well as the first book in the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind, Wizard's First Rule, and last but not least, I'm reading Leviathan, by Scott Westerfeld.
